«Just what you'd imagine for a cottage on the cape. Small, cozy, rustic, comfortable and quiet. Rated it down from 4stars to 3stars because they don't provide linens and towels. At this price point that should be standard. It's tough for a family of 6 road-tripping and packed to the gills to not have towels and linens.»

«Everything about the house was perfect. Impeccably clean, views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom, complimentary coffee and cookies, treats. Touches like you find in a hotel like soap, shampoo, face mask, toothbrush. Minutes to the National Seashore by car. The host, Tara, communicated completely. She has written a guide about the house, good restaurants nearby and things to do. All in all, a terrific experience.»

«My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was clean and well kept on the inside. It was well located for beaches and amenities like grocery stores and ice cream. The outside needs work. Weeds are growing into the outdoor shower floor, the pergola is moldy and the outdoor furniture was dirty.»

«Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! They loved the watching the wild bunnies outside as we drove in and out of the property. The cottage was spacious and clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed to relax.»

«Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv ...

«Top Deck was a perfect unit for my wife and dog. It was spacious the deck/ kitchen/ loving area all had a great view of the water. The grounds are well maintained, dock access and on site canoe/ kayaking is a great added amenity. Location is perfect to explore all of the cape. Communication was excellent quick response, and clear instructions. Early check in was offered, price was right, a definite rebook easy!»
