«We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape. The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen. Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine. A 2-min walk away is a 16-mile rail trail that was great for morning walks. The only disappointment was a charcoal grill instead of a small gas grill. We had in mind to grill one night but it was ...

«Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it.  ...

«A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!»

«Our family had a wonderful time at the Plymouth Getaway. The private beach and dock were prefect for our kids 6 and 8. Plenty of beach toys and rafts available to use and the lake is very clean, sandy bottom. 4 kayaks on site, two adult and two children size. Fun for kids to catch minnows, hermit crabs, shrimp. Beach is shallow and not crowded. Several restaurants close by to go out or get take out. Outdoor shower was perfect. We enjoyed our week. »

The downside is that there is limited cooking (only microwave and grill), and it’s the bottom floor of the owner’s home, so you do hear their walking and some talking.»

«This property is beautiful and taken care of immaculately. Colleen anticipated all our needs, having available dish soap, dishwash detergent, beach chairs, and other conveniences. «This house provided just the right space for our family trip for 7 adults. The spacious upstairs kitchen/dining/living space (plus front deck) was where we spent most of our time - cooking, playing games, and relaxing. The beach was a very short walk, and never crowded! Groceries were an easy drive away, and if we had wanted to take in more adventures on the Cape we easily could have - but we were mostly happy to spend our time at the house and on Sagamore Beach. »

«The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though. »
