«Suits the needs of people for a Lake Geneva weekend.»

«I enjoyed how walkable the location is to shops, and restaurants.»

«Good spot for a weekend getaway! Convenient location for Lake Geneva and the surrounding towns. Host communication and response time excellent! Exactly as described. »

«Uniquely, beautiful location. Communication was friendly and prompt. The rental was clean and welcoming.»

«Great house, great host!»

«This is a very nice location away from the normal heavy traffic in Lake Geneva. Megan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some great suggestions for restaurants that addressed some dietary restrictions. There are a couple of nice places to eat close to the property and it is an easy drive to any of the activities nearby.»

«Such a great location and a cute place to stay!!!! That's we're very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone!!!»

«Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again.»

«Modern Waters was a great place for our girls’ reunion. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is fantastic -walking distance to downtown. The host was very accommodating, professional, and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.»

«Great accommodations for a family get-together, with plenty of games/movies/general living accommodations plus convenient location to a city park. We were very pleased!»

«Really nice property and convenient location to golf, Lake Geneva and surrounding towns.»

«This was a great spot for the large group we needed. The hosts were responsive and informative of the area and the property.»

«Place was immaculate. Location can’t get much better. Price seemed higher than comparable places, but we could get just 2 nights. Others had 3 night minimums. 9:00 check out was also earlier than other places. Most are at least 10:00. We had a good experience and enjoyed appetizers on the back deck. Just FYI - back outer door sticks are the bottom and is difficult to open. Door handle to bathroom fell off and it would be nice to have some coffee available. Thank you.»

«Had a great time. Beautiful house plenty of room. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful. The power was out and they brought us lights and offered us some drinks. 10/10 would definitely recommend»

«This house was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect location and big enough for 15 ppl to fit comfortably and still have our own space!!! Will definitely rent this house again!!!!»

«Dave was very responsive and kind. The home was clean and great to stay in for a short amount of time. There is only one shower/bath and the other bathrooms are half baths. For a group of 7 girls we made it work but if we were to stay here longer and had a bigger group we would need to find a stay with at least 2 showers. Other than that, it was a great stay!»
