«The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.»

«We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.»

«This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. «We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too!»

«We had a great trip! The location was fantastic and very easy to get to. The property was in great condition. It was a bit dusty here and there. But nothing felt gross. We were missing a grill but we made due and figure out somethings. But when you brings steaks and hamburgers to eat a grill is preferred. Hot tub did it's job but we did have to refill it ourselves a couple times as the water runs out pretty easily. Overall a great time and we would for sure stay again. My only down fall is that ...
