«The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. «Beautiful lodge in a beautiful private peaceful location. Very well equipped and furnished. Lovely and warm with underfloor heating. Blessed with warm sunshine we made the most of the deck, sun loungers and hot tub. Access to the nearby spa at the golf club was a lovely bonus. Owner was friendly and helpful. Lots of safe roads for cycling around the location. Would definitely stay again. »

«The lodge was lovely the only three things we didn’t like about it was having to light the log burner to have a go in hot tub.There was no door between the bedroom and bathroom so no privacy when on toilet and there was a door into the bedroom from outside that had to have curtains shut otherwise people go past could see you on the toilet And it would have been nice to have a couch in instead of two separate armchairs.It was lovely and clean had a nice view and very quiet.»
