"Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside...

"The location was amazing! Although on a busy street, it was quiet and still a perfect walking distance from everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The host was super easy to reach and the home was clean and well stocked with essentials."

"We found the property to be excellent in every way. The shower was a little small for my very large husband but perfect for me!😁. We wished we were staying longer because it was pretty and restful. Our only complaint was the coffee maker. It’s an off brand “Keurig” and wouldn’t work with the Keurig pods we brought with us. I’d recommend the owners spring for the real thing since coffee is VERY important!!"

"This was a well equipped gem overlooking the lake. My family of four adults rented this for two nights in order to attend a wedding. The whole place was elegantly decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want - coffee bar, expresso machine, sparkling wine in the fridge,, and even a station for creating S'mores - yum! The views of the lake were outstanding. We've rented many VRBO's and this was probably the best yet. We will definitely be coming back. Beautiful place."

"Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures...
