Classic Hamptons shingled hjem i tradisjonell stil er helt innbydende og upåklagelig vedlikeholdt. Skjønnhet og funksjon serveres godt fra det nye kjøkkenet i dette sjarmerende og perfekt proporsjonerte hjemmet med 2 soverom, 2 etasjer. Ytterligere bonusfunksjoner inkluderer et fullt ferdigstilt rekreasjonsrom på lavere nivå med storskjerm-TV, biljard, våt bar, trenersykkel og et komplett bad. De anlagte hagene og plenen er frodig og bakgården er helt inngjerdet.

Det avslappede og komfortable interiøret ble nylig renovert med alle nye møbler. Spisekjøkkenet åpner for en moderne spisestue med plass til 6 - 8 gjester. Sentralt i den tilstøtende koselige stuen ligger en norsk peisovn av støpejern. Hovedsoverommet med king-size seng og et nyrenoverte bad og eget garderobeskap fullfører første etasje.

Vinduer / dører fra gulv til tak åpnes opp til et stort sedertredekke - med utsikt over den vakre bakgården og bassengområdet med 4 sjesenger. På dekk, et spisestue og et sjenerøst salonghjørne er innbydende for grilling eller bare å slappe av.

I andre etasje er 3 soverom med queen-size-senger og et komplett bad med badekar / dusj perfekt for en familieferie med barn.

Dette kjæledyrvennlige huset ligger i en veldig ganske sidegate nær alle. De vakre buktstrendene med fantastiske solnedganger ligger innen gangavstand / sykkelavstand. East Hampton Town, Sag Harbor og de vakre havstrendene ligger bare en kort biltur unna.

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Fun family week in the Hamptons

My family and I stayed here this summer. We all had a great time, Markus was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. Great location, very close to town. Backyard/pool/ bbq/ ping pong/ was a major highlight. Overall awesome experience, would definitely book again.

Wonderful week in East Hampton

This is a lovely property -- my family and I had an amazing week. The best features of the house are definitely the pool and deck, outdoor grill. The outdoor shower is a great bonus, too! The house itself is very nice; the rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and well equipped with the essentials. The kitchen is also totally outfitted with everything you need. Markus clearly takes great pride and tends to every detail of the property -- he even welcomed us personally on the day we arrived. I highly, highly recommend this rental and we will be staying there again!

Amazing Hamptons Vacation

My family had a fantastic stay here. Markus was a great host. The home is quaint, very cozy and extremely clean, with lots of room. The backyard was lush and serene, and we loved the pool and outdoor shower. The kids had a blast swimming with the pool toys and we had everything we needed from beach chairs to board games. I miss it already. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family reunion

Marcus met us at the house and showed us around. He is a wonderful host and wants to be sure you’re having a good time…which we did. The house was a perfect size for the six of us but 8 would have fit correctly as well. The highlight was the pool and the outdoor space which is beautifully landscaped. It’s also fenced in so if you bring a dog you don’t have to worry. We highly recommend this property and Marcus was also a bonus.

Perfect home for sweet family time

This home was perfect for our family vacation - our adult kids joined us, plus two grand babies under a year... the back yard took everyone's breath away and was the ideal back drop for making memories. The pool was amazing! We started our days with coffee on the deck and ended with long dinners overlooking the yard and pool. Late nights were spent around the pool table.... So many spaces for gathering and fun! Markus was available but we didn't need him as everything was just as described! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping in both east hampton and amagansett... we also took an easy drive to montauk one day. Our dogs loved the walks around the neighborhood and the expansive backyard as much as we did :) Thank you for a terrific stay... We'd love to come back!

A fun July 4th vacation

Fantastic Stay in EH

Markus was an incredible host. He made everything seamless for us from check in to check out. He checked on us throughout our stay and was responsive to everything. I don't think I have come across a host that is so attentive and cares so much about his guests experience. We left a few things behind which Markus shipped to us. The property was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our week in EH. The pool was a lot of fun to sit by and the grill and deck were a great place to have breakfast and dinner every day. The property even has bikes which we rode to the nearest deli every day to get lunch for the beach. Overall, such a fantastic experience and we look forward to renting again next year. Thank you, Markus!

Very nice house; great owner

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is as presented and is immaculately clean. Markus was terrific, giving us all the information we needed and was available to answer any questions. The house has window air conditioners, which keep the house comfortable but turn on and off to adjust the temperature. The backyard and pool are very nice, although our 4 year old grandson thought the water was cold (the pool isn’t heated) and he got a couple of splinters from the wood deck. There are a number of floats and other pool toys, which is great. It was very relaxing each day to sit outside for breakfast and lunch. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to East Hampton. It was a very nice way to spend a vacation in the Hamptons.

We had a lovely family stay i this July. Marcus the owner was there to greet us and was available for any questions along the way. The pool and yard are by far the best part! We are admittedly hotel snobs but the home was kept very clean and had everything we needs to cook breakfast daily and beyond if we had desired. Lovely stay.

Great Vacation Home in the Hamptons! July 2023

We had a wonderful stay in this Springs/East Hampton home. Marcus and Katrin are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful! It is a lovely home - updated, clean & comfortable. The house had all the ammenties needed for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was awesome and we loved the pool! We had our dog with us and the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect. As this was our first time visiting the Hamptons, we found this home to be centrally located to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in the many different towns/villages. Perfect Week-Long Stay for Family

We had a wonderful week stay at the house. Markus was incredibly easy to be in touch with before, during, and after our visit. The backyard and outdoor seating were both really well taken care of and we enjoyed hanging out there together. The house was spread out enough for a family of four plus a spouse and a friend. The bathroom in the basement and the space down there wasn't the most conducive to hanging as a group, but the living room into the kitchen certainly was. Beach chairs and pool floats were greatly appreciated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available to us. Would highly recommend!

Family Friendly Stay with Great Pool - Close to East Hampton Village

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable rental in Springs, and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of perfect! The pool was the highlight of my stay. The crystal-clear water and comfortable poolside furniture provided endless hours of relaxation. Whether it was a morning dip, lounging in the sun, or an evening swim, the pool was a dream come true. The variety of pool toys added extra fun and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location was incredibly convenient. With easy access to East Hampton Village, we enjoyed exploring the charming shops and dining at delicious restaurants. The nearby beaches were breathtaking, providing picturesque views and a serene atmosphere. Being close to both the village and the beaches was a major plus! Cleanliness is always a priority for me, and this rental surpassed my expectations. The house was spotless upon arrival, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The accommodations were outstanding. The beautifully decorated house had a warm and inviting ambiance. The cozy bedrooms ensured a restful sleep, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The spacious living areas were perfect for quality time together. The provided amenities, including Wi-Fi and entertainment options, were excellent. In conclusion, my stay at this Springs rental was unforgettable.

First vacation as family of 4

We had an amazing time staying here! This was our first time on vacation as a family (infant and toddler) and staying here was a great choice. Markus went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available for questions. Location was convenient, 10 mins or less to East Hampton and Amagansett downtowns. Our toddler loved the pool and yard.

Wonderful Stay

Kid friendly, convenient location

I recently stayed at Markus' house with my husband, two kids (22 mo. & 4) and another family with kids the same age. We had such a wonderful time and Markus couldn't have been a more welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond with leaving us all the household staples (and some!) and even provided us with several kid friendly suggestions for activities and places to go with the kids. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

Wonderful week in Springs/East Hampton

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property. We truly enjoyed the deck, yard, pool. The sun every morning was just the best with my cup of coffee and then in the afternoon the pool/yard had wonderful sunshine. We were here in late September/early October so were prepared for some coolness but ended up having just magnificent weather. The house has everything. Being able to bring our dogs was great. We cooked some meals with ease in a well stocked kitchen. Accessories were great - beach chairs, bicycles, ping pong table, etc. Downstairs had a great TV and billiards table. Really a great house! Such a great coastal vibe. Also, we enjoyed tips on restaurants. I'm fond of the sunsets on the sound but we also enjoyed East Hampton main beach. Markus was always a text away with any questions! We highly recommend this house!
