The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen.
