«The property is new and as pictured. There was some difficulty with check in, information provided was not accurate and had to wait for a response from owner. We stayed a week and enjoyed the comfortable bed and small kitchen. One recommendation it is important to have access to clean towels and trash bags. The roof top provides a great view of sunset and a nice place to have a meal.»

«Gorgeous casita with an amazing view in a charming town. Within minutes of arriving, we were already planning our return. So many thoughtful touches, private, peacefully quiet and within a few minutes walking distance to a lovely beach. Eddy graciously invited us to Christmas dinner with his friends, locals and expats, which was one of the highlights of our trip. «Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎»

I loved the layout, the panoramic views in and out of the house thanks to the enormous glass doors along the verandah, the style, the pool, and having a warm/hot tub was a real treat for the cooler evenings and mornings. «We stayed 11 nights and had a wonderful experience. The host and property manager were responsive to our questions and needs. We enjoyed spending time on the private, corner balcony watching the golfers play through below us. The location was excellent for accessing the beach, old town and grocery store. The condo is functional and, while basic, had everything we needed. We really appreciated the quiet air conditioning unit and comfy bed! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!»

«We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. »

The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances.
