«The truck traffic all night long is horrible with trucks loud exhausts and engine breaking all night long. We stayed on the 4th floor and the carpet looks to be deteriorating and as you walk on it white dust from the cement under it blows out of it and the carpet has white concrete dust all over it. The walls in hallway are all in horrible shape with wallpaper peeling and wrinkled. The entire corridor on the 4th floor has a sewerage smell. The beds were lumpy and were terribly uncomfortable. ...

«Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Hawthorn. Hotellet ligger sentralt (kort kjøretur) unna ift de aktivitetene vi oppsøkte. Kort biltur til Tanger outlet, kort vei til golfbanen, for en ettermiddagstur, og kort vei til Walmart. Det er også en kort kjøretur å komme seg ut i området der Amishfolket bor. Hawthorn er et veldig greit alternativ å bo på i Lancaster. Vi har bodd der flere ganger på tidligere, reiser og sjekker gjerne inn igjen. »

«When we arrived, there was nobody there to check us in the AI system was not working so we had to go and find somewhere else to stay»

«The great thing about this property was that its location was outside of Lancaster, surrounded by farmland, and so peaceful. A fire pit with plenty of cut wood was provided as well. Morning breakfast was delicious and made to order. With a checkout of 11 am, there was still time to relax before leaving, and the rates just could not be beat.»

«Hotel was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool. The one complaint I do have is that by the pool the towels that are given are very small and cannot cover your entire body. We had to grab multiple just for one person. Other than that the hotel was gorgeous, room was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay here again, not sure why there is so many negative reviews.»
