Avoid this hotel at all cost! Not only were there people throwing up in the garbage can in the ice corridor, and rap music playing loudly for all to hear down the hall and all night, but we received NO room service/housekeeping the entire trip!! I had to beg for towels and wash clothes at the front desk after calls ignored. Was handed a big garbage bag to put our 3 days worth of garbage in after complaining on day 3 that we didn’t have housekeeping the whole time and have nowhere else to go with all our garbage. Dessert at their personally owned Starbucks literally made my kids gag after their first bite. Got 2 caramel drizzled chocolate chip brownies for 3 kids, so they all shared the 2. After they spit it out and was running around crying that it tasted like dog food, I tried it, and I too gagged and spit it out. It not only tasted like it had garlic in it, but the texture was so gross. I brought it back down to ask for a refund. The first person tried telling me I couldn’t return it because both were eaten off of. After I started to make a fuss about it the manager came to me and asked again if both were touched. He wanted to put it back out for sale!!! I told him both were eaten from and wouldn’t resell that anyways, and he sucked his teeth and aggressively threw them in the trash. Offered me a $14 Starbucks voucher that I unwilling accepted. Big mistake. Because when I went to redeem that voucher for a coffee the next day, they told me it was closed until AFTER I left!!
