«Veldig flott hotell/apartments, kjempe god service i resepssjonen.

«We booked 2 units in hotel.
We were sure its regular rooms, but when we arrived to hotel and tried to change our reservation dates. Then it showed that the units we booked its owned privately, so hotel couldn't do any changes. After being on the phone for almost 1 hour(calling to usa phone number, that the price is insane) we didn't got any answers!
Then they wanted to charge us extra for changing the booking!
And we got answer only late in the evening.
So basically all day got ruined because ...
