Helt ok hotell - ingen aircondition
Vi bodde i et 4 mannsrom, på bilde viste det parkett og dobbelt seng, ved ankomst fikk vi et rom med teppe. Helt ok pga. størrelse, men det var INGEN aircondition, det var meget varmt for å kunne oppholde seg eller sove på rommet. Vindu kunne åpnes, men var mot gate, så det var meget bråk, ikke ideelt opphold. Vi var her 2 netter, og det var lite søvn og sliten. Frokost var fin, ok.

Hemos estado 1 semana en este hotel y volveria a repetir sin problema. Nos dieron una habitación con terraza, el desayuno suficiente y rico, mi marido es intolerante a la lactosa y tenian leche sin lactosa. Perfecto en comunicación de transporte y zona muy tranquila rodeada de comercios y restaurantes. Centro antiguo a 10 minutos anda do. Repetiria!

The room was very warm, the window barely opened The bathroom fan was very noisy and there was no air conditioning in the room No ice available in the hotel When I asked for water, the receptionist said there was a machine that sold water but it only took coins

Personnel très aimable et agréable, Petit déjeuner varié au buffet, ouverture à 6h30 les jours de semaine, et 7h les weekends et jours fériés Accès à la gare principale 2 min à pieds Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours 20 minutes à pieds pour atteindre la vieille ville et les bords du Rhin Chambre et salle de bain propres, malgré la moquette ça ne sent pas le moisi, ni dans la salle de bain, bien ventilée, chauffage réglable. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur soin et accueil chaleureux 💐

Qua ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is perfect. Het is voor een kort verblijf prima. Maar het is heel basic. Ook het ontbijt stelt niet zoveel voor maar is prima. Ik had aan de hand van de afbeelding bij onze kamer de gerenoveerde variant verwacht maar dat bleek niet zo te zijn. Wij hadden een familiekamer en die bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Wel allemaal erg ruim, ook de badkamer. Bedden waren erg hard.

Propre, calme, literie de bonne qualité, bon lit , bon matelas, ménage fait tous les jours, petit- déjeuner copieux, bouilloire plus thé et café à disposition dans la chambre, près de la gare centrale, transport, pas loin du centre-ville. **Titel: Unzumutbare Erfahrung im Novum Hotel Madison Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof** **Bewertung: ⭐☆☆☆☆** Mein Aufenthalt im Novum Hotel Madison Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof war tief enttäuschend und weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren extrem klein und das Sauberkeitsniveau ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof erschien zunächst als Vorteil, jedoch ist das Hotel nicht direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Ein etwa 8-minütiger Fußweg, der an Alkoholikern und Obdachlosen vorbeiführt, war notwendig, um das Hotel zu erreichen, was das Gefühl von Sicherheit stark beeinträchtigte. Vor dem Hotel befanden sich ebenfalls Obdachlose, was die Atmosphäre weiterhin trübte. Aufgrund dieser Bedingungen konnte ich nicht einmal zwei Stunden im Zimmer verbleiben. Letztendlich entschied ich mich, auszuchecken und ein anderes Hotel aufzusuchen. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen, da die negativen Aspekte den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigen. ---

The hotel is very close to the main station with good connection to bus lines, the tram and subway. The hotel itself, especial the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. A window in my room was broken, there were stains all over the carpet and the seal in the shower was chipped and broken as well. There was what I'm assuming was toothpaste on the bathroom counter left from the previous guest as well as a couple of hairs. The mirror also wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was okay (it was included in my stay otherwise I would've skipped that). However, the staff was very friendly.

I doubt if 4 stars are worth it. In the bathroom the drain plug is rusty. Big crack on the wall in the room. I booked two rooms, but they are not next to each other, very far apart.

A really decent hotel very close to the main railway station that includes S Bahn, U Bahn ( Underground), trams buses etc. Very good breakfast choices, staff very hard working and helpful. A Comfort Triple room was our choice and it was large enough and a good bathroom with a great shower system. Can recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights, great value.

First room was very dirty. Mold on the windows and bathroom. Hair on the floor and under the bed were socks from the previous guests. Dirt under the bed. After complaining I was given another room in the renovated part of the building next door. Also here cleanliness was not what it supposed to be. Even with a low budget stay, a clean place is imperative. Breakfast was, fair enough, remarkably good compare to the overall of the hotel.

Hotel without parking. Parking garages are between 20-30 euros and a 15-20 minutes walk. First room (in the old part of the hotel) was very small, dirty and full with black mold on the windows and bathroom. 2nd room, after complaint we would no longer stay, we got another room in the renovated part and was much better. But simple. If your standard and expectations are low and you don’t mind living in an area where hookers, strip clubs, gay peep show, middle eastern bazaars and restaurants and crack-heads are in the neighborhood as part of the usual population you find around railway stations (Hauptbahnhof) you go ahead. It’s cheap and the breakfast is good. 1000 times better than in any American hotel. IF you decide to stay at this hotel, come by train and ask for a room in the renovated part. You gonna suffer otherwise. Btw. The main station is just 2minutes walk from the hotel and for and for American guests only 4 minutes from the US consulate. 15 minutes walk from the luxury shopping mile the Königsallee.

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the main train station, from which city tours, shopping opportunities and the Main can be reached on foot.As hoteliers in city tourism, we regrettably do not always have an influence on what is going on outside. You also mentioned the lack of parking facilities. Please read the information on our homepage, as we do not offer an own parking garage. We appreciate constructive criticism as far as we can handle it on our own. Best regards!

ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったですが、ファシリティが古かったのが残念です。 前回利用の宿泊者が喫煙していたようで、浴室内ににおいが残っていました。
