Horrible service in reception
Horrible service in reception, 1 person working an 3 person doing other things. I did reservation with Hotels, and check in took 50 minutes. Service at breakfast and rom was great, but the service in reception was so bad I will pick another hotel next time.

Meget sentralt, alt i nærheten, veldig nært haubtanhhof. 10 min max å gå til gamlebyen. Bra hotell med fungerende air condition som vi trengte i 25 til 30 graders varme. Eneste å sette fingeren på var at d ikke var noe å få kjøpt av mat i resepsjonen da mannen kom på kvelden, kun nøtter, sjokolade og litt potetgull. Siden der var restaurant burde d vært mulig. Alt i nærheten var stengt og nærmeste sted var da Hauptbahnhof. Ellers meget bra hotell, hadde executive (?) room for 4 personer. 3 første netter bodde vi 3 på rommet, siste natt 4 stk

Bra beliggenhet og fine rom
Ankom hotellet kl 12:00, innsjekk var 1400. Spurte om det var mulig å sjekke inn med en gang, dette var mulig men kun hvis jeg betalte 30 euro. Rommet var moderne, rent og passe stort. Temperaturen på rommmet var alt for høy, jeg forsøkte å styre AC, men dette hjalp ingenting, var derfor avhengig av å ha vinduet åpent hele tiden.

日本人はここに宿泊するのが良いと感じました。周囲は日本料理店、ラーメン屋が多く過ごしやすいです。デュッセルドルフ中央駅も徒歩圏内のため、アクセスが良いです。ホテルには日本人のスタッフの方もいらっしゃったので、安心できました。ホテルは近代化されており、部屋の広さ、シャワー室、内装どれをとっても古臭さがなく、過ごしやすかったです。また、朝食は豊富でみそ汁やご飯が食べられるのも推しポイントです。とても良いホテルだと思います。 一点不満があるとすれば、シャワー室に扉がないので、シャワーの水が外へ出ないよう慎重に浴びる必要があるという点でした。

We are with friends, we would like to have a drink in the evening, but the bar is closed at 21:30, a little bit disappointed. The reception didn’t tell us how the elevator works, we had to find out by ourselves. Outside the elevator is a small screen, there we need to choose the floor and then the screen shows which of the 3 elevators we need to take.

Die Dusche in meinem Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es kam kaum bis gar kein Wasser aus der Brause raus und der Druck des Wassers war miserabel. Die Temperatur ließ sich leider ebenfalls schlecht einstellen. Für den Zimmerpreis > 150€ die Nacht darf das nicht sein. Und für den Preis war das Zimmer sowie das Hotel nur „mittelmäßig“.

Goed maar mist verschillende punten
Goed hotel, maar komt tekort in kwaliteit en service ten opzichte van de prijs. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden en ruime badkamer. Goede locatie in de Japanse buurt, ideaal ten opzichte van centrum. Alleen heel jammer dat er geen ramen open kunnen in de kamer en de individuele luchtregulatie per kamer niet werkt. Daardoor is de kamer te warm. Verder bleek dat de fitness en zwembad alleen toegankelijk waren als je daar extra voor betaalde. Dat staat nergens duidelijk vermeld bij het boeken van de kamer. Het koffie / thee apparaat op de kamer is feitelijk ongeschikt om thee te zetten. Ik verbleef meerdere dagen in het hotel, bij navraag over deze punten werd geen service geboden. Dat hadden ze anders op kunnen lossen.

Great stay - great room
Executive room is spacious; comfortable bed, good desk area for work, TV offers German and English channels, the power shower is brilliant, good amenities in the room: wardrobe, suitcase space, ironing board etc. Hotel WiFi is good for phone use but not for laptop connection. Hotel staff were friendly, especially the young man who is dreaming to work at The Shangri-la in London - wonderful customer service from him. Room was exceptionally clean, with good natural light in the room (#386). Will definitely stay again.

Excellent remedy
When we told the manager about an HVAC issue (our room was too hot), he immediately did everything to remedy the problem, including giving us multiple choices of rooms to move to.
