«To say it was above a pub it was very quiet, the room looks like it’s just been refurbed, Room 3, new toilet, shower etc. the breakfast choice was great and quality second to none.
The staff were great, there when you needed them, out of sight when you didn’t.
Very homely feel and will 100% book again.
The Wi-Fi dies drop out at times but I guess it’s where the property is situated and not the pubs fault.

«Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again.

«About 6 students stay in the house.
At 11.15pm on Wednesday 8th July I could not get to sleep because they were talking loudly and I told them to be quiet. they did. The same happened on Friday night at midnight I told them to be quiet, they did. Every B&B has milk sachets but not here. I was given a tin of milk but this was no good
Dont come because of the noisy students.
This house is situated in Ocean Road which is full of cafes/restaurants which are mostly Indian ones It is also near South ...

«The cottage was clean, tidy and well appointed. It's in a quiet road but well placed for the town centre where there are good pub/restaurant options and football stadium.»
