Helt fantastisk
Tre generasjoner tilbragte en uke i dette flotte huset. Nydelig bassengområde. Huset hadde alt vi trengte. God plass til 8 personer. Store, flotte rom. Rent og pent overalt. Det sto drikke og mat klart til oss når vi ankom huset. Liten lokal matvarebutikk i nærheten. 15 min å gå til større matvarebutikk. Kan låne bil av verten, eller bli kjørt dit. Ca 25 minutter å gå til Omiš. Enkelt å ta bussen til Split. Verten Sanja var helt super. Alltid imøtekommende og behjelpelig. Vi hadde en helt strålende ferie i dette huset. Anbefales.

Kroatia i oktober
Jeg bruker å si : I Kroatia er det ingen problemer. Veldig ryddig og fin kommunikasjon med verten, som gjør alt for at du skal ha det bra. Huset var en drøm, for flere generasjoner. Verten overrasket oss med Saparnik , tradisjonell nydelig mat, spekematfat m/ost og brød. Fylt opp kjøleskapet med melk, juice brus, farris og øl. Ble helt satt ut... De tilbyr bil gratis som en kan reise og shoppe med. Verten bakte kake til oss, og kom med nydelig hvitvin som faren hennes lagde. Gangavtand (3 min.) til pizza/ local pub og havet (sandstrand). Går fint inn til Omis på en halv time... Været var sol og skyfri himmel hele uka !! Bedre ferie enn dette kan man vel ikke drømme om engang. Takk for oss...vi vil mer enn gjerne tilbake !!!

Eksepsjonell villa
Vi var 3 generasjoner som opplevde alt knyttet til huset, beliggenheten, vertskapet og omgivelsene som helt fantastisk. Spiste lunsj enten i huset eller på Shooko bar, ca 100 meter nedenfor. Med strålende sol og 32-37 grader hele uken ble det mange timer i bassenget og i Adriaterhavet. Takk til Sanja og Ante som det perfekte vertskap.

Very pleasant family trip to Duce
We spent one week in Villa Bane and had an excellent holiday. A total of 9 persons had a very nice time and enjoyed the villa and the surroundings. 2 small children 1 and 3 years old had their own playroom and enjoyed the outside area vey much. The first evening we were met with a delicious meal made by our host Anja. She was very helpful and arranged both rafting and prepared a local dinner for us later in the week. The beach was close by , and it was a nice 30 min walk along the beach to the nearest city Omis. A local restaurant by the beach was only 5 min away to get an easy lunch or something to drink. The villa is clean with a very good setup and highly recommended. If possible in the future, we would like to spent another week in the villa. Greetings from a Norwegian family. .

Flott villa med moderne design
Hyggelige eiere som gjøre alt de kan for at du skal ha det bra. Mange TV-kanaler og de var ferdi innstilt til vårt lands tv-kanaler. En del drikke sto klart i kjøleskapet når vi kom. Det stod også et måltid klart med deilige oster, skinke, brød og frukt. Bilijardbordet er gratis,selv om det av bildet ser ut som om det koster penger. Skal man trekke for noe, så ,å det være litt kaldt vann i dusjen om morningen (men godt nok for en kort dusj). Tv-en er ip-tv. Kan være at man må restarte den sorte boksen (eller si fra til eier) hvis bildene fryser over tid. Totalt sett. Utrolig bra! Kan anbefales!

Fantastisk hus, fantastisk vertskap , fantastisk ferie
Villa Bane og Duce reiser vi gjerne tilbake til . Både huset og vertskapet gis de beste anbefalinger fra oss - vi har vært så heldig å få feriere her i 2 uker - 10 voksne ( 5 par). Vertskapet er utrolig hjelpsom og vi ble møtt med deilig spekemat ved ankomst, noen dager senere fikk vi hjemmelaget kake . Vi bestille middag fra vertskapet en kveld - fantastisk god . Vi har vært på 2 båtturer , gått turer i fjellet , syklet, badet, solt oss, spist god mat ( cidro strand restaurant , bastion restaurant i Omis kan anbefales ). Det er bare å glede seg alle dere som er så heldig å få feriere i Villa Bane

Greatest holiday house ever! We loved it. The house was even better than the pictures.
We stayed 3 families in the house. It was spacious and very clean. The swimmingpool area was even better than the photos. The house was easy accesible, we came in taxi from Split AirPort which is only 45 min drive, We paid 50 Euros for the lift. In Duce We didn' need a car. The owners were very nice and lent us their car so We could go shopping. There was also a small market with were We could buy groceries only 2 min walk from the house. There was several Nice restaurants in the area. The house is only 2 min walk from sandy beaches with lots of watersport activities. The cosy town of Omis is only 2 km away with activities like riverboats, rafting and zip line. We tried them all to great satisfaction. The owners, Sanja and Ante are very helpful. The first night We were surprised with a great dalmatian meal. We also recieved cake anothee night. In addidtion Sanja was very helpful booking activities for us. She Even picked us up and drove us to rafting Even after ww moves out of Villa Bane. I have never experienced such hospitality. I will recommend this house to as many as I can, and would love to come back. Lene , Norway

Feriebolig som står til forventningene
Selv om vi ankom Duce og Villa Bane rundt midnatt, 3 timer forsinket, ble vi godt tatt imot av vertskapet som hadde laget til et Kroatisk måltid for oss😊 Huset var flott og alle rom svært rene. Det så ut akkurat som på bildene. Bassengområdet, som ble vårt samlingssted nummer 1, er helt ideelt for barnefamilier da man kunne veksle mellom sol- og skyggepartier. Nesten hver morgen ble bassenget rengjort av vertskapet. Sanja og resten av familien var ellers svært snille og behjelpelig under hele oppholdet. Vi fikk låne bilen deres for å handle inn mat, tips og hjelp til å ordne diverse utflukter og aktiviteter samt at de en kveld kom opp med nylaget kake😊. Området rundt Duce har svært mye å by på. Fine stier i fjellet rett bak huset, nydelige strender og gangavstand til hyggelige Omis hvor vi foruten om byvandring ble med på "Advanced canyoing" en dag. Ellers er det et must å ta seg en dag på båttur over på øya Brac. Alt i alt hadde vi en super ferie i et svært flott hus og med et fantastisk vertskap. Vi håper vi får muligheten til å ta turen til Duce og Villa Bane en annen gang også.

Everything is just right here. Sonja is a kind-hearted person and helps you with all your needs during your stay without any problems. You really couldn't ask for more. The pictures are one to one with what you would expect, and much more! The welcome alone was unique and first class. We joked a bit before our holiday whether the holiday home really existed because it had so many positive reviews. After our holiday we can fully understand why Sonja and her family get such great reviews. The human aspect, the location, the price and the quality of the service are perfect. Everything was super clean. Clear recommendation!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Duce
Wir waren mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie für eine Woche in der Villa Bane und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Das Haus war teilweise noch schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten ließen. Außenbereich, Schlafzimmer und auch die Küche überzeugten sowohl durch eine moderne Einrichtung und ihre Sauberkeit, als auch durch eine vollumfängliche Ausstattung. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts! Zusätzlich ist das Engagement von Sanja zu erwähnen. Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, organisierte verschiedenste Events für uns und bekochte uns mit sehr viel Liebe. Fazit: 6 von 5 Sternen!

Great Stay !!
The Villa is just beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough. There were two families staying with six teenage kids. The en-suite rooms were prefect and the pool table and ping pong table provided great entertainment. The pool is a good size and plenty of room to lounge. The location is perfect as is a short walk to the beach and from there you can walk to many different bars and restaurants. We also walked to Omis along the beach several times for dinner. The host is very very responsive and will help with anything (recommendations / questions etc).

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.

Fantastic Villa & Host
We spent an amazing week with Family and Friends relaxing at Villa Bane hosted by the wonderful Sanja. This is a spectacular property in a great location with something for everyone. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close by and the town of Omis is a 5min drive away. Great place to use as a base to explore this part of Croatia Our stay was made all the more special with the attention to detail and the assistance provided by Sanja when one of our group had a medical situation. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering staying here, you will not be disappointed an absolute 5 Star experience!

Traumurlaub mit Wiederholungsbedarf
Diese Villa ist einfach traumhaft. Beim Rundgang durch das Haus kamen wir aus dem Staunen gar nicht mehr raus. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben. Ein wunderschönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus. Empfangen wurden wir ganz herzlich von Gastgeberin Sanja und ihrem Sohn mit einem leckeren Snack und kalten Getränken. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Top Villa schön Urlaub
Die Villa ist ein Traum, es fehlt einem an nichts. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Härlig vecka i en fantastiskt fin villa
Vi hade en härlig vistelse i detta underbart fräscha och moderna hus. Levde upp till alla våra förväntningar och fick många sköna stunder vid det fina poolområdet och i den 28 C poolen. Stort tack till Sanja som fanns till hands och fixade och donade med allt från att hjälpa oss med taxi till och från flygplatsen till att leverera mjölk vid dörren vid behov . Besser geht es nicht
Die Villa ist wirklich wie auf den Fotos, nichts veraltet, sehr sauber und wahnsinnig gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin Sanja ist der absolute Traum, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Wir wurden absolut top betreut und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Solche Objekte haben wir schon oft gebucht, sie ist mit Abstand die Beste Gastgeberin gewesen. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt und ein sehr leckerer Snack stand auf dem Tisch. Sie hat uns ohne Aufpreis jeden Morgen Frühstück vom Bäcker gebracht, man musste nur für die Backwaren zahlen. Hat uns tolle Restaurants empfohlen und auch die Reservierungen vorgenommen. Eine Massage von Barbara ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau wie der Chefkoch Martin, der in der Villa ein tolles Essen zaubert. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, der Weg zum Meer ein winziger Spaziergang. Alles in allem wirklich super!

A great Family Holiday
We had a great time in Croatia, it was a great week as it was our first time we have holiday here. There was 10 of us age 10 to 73 staying in the Villa, it literally had every thing we needed. Sanja our host met us when we dropped our bags off as we arrived Early. We walked down to the beach area 3 minute walk and had some lunch while we waited for the villa to be ready. Sanja called us really quickly and introduced us to the villa and explained the local amenities too. She had stocked the fridge up with essentials and made us a lovely table buffet of food which was so nice of her. We had a day and half of rain over the week, but it never stopped us having a great time. we did the white water rafting trip which was amazing you have to do it such fun but quite physical. we also did the boat trip for a day with Topaz which was great to see other parts of Croatia, this is a long day so expect to be shattered when you return. The information for all theses are in the villa and Sanja will help you book them if you need help. Food to eat is definitely the Local bar by the beach great Pizzas, Burgers and cesar Salad which is down by the beach at the bottom of the Hill. In Omis which is a 20 minutes walk, go along the beach path then get a taxi back to the villa. Bastion Restaurant is great for local seafood we went twice and had mussels, prawns and seabass and the service was great. It wasn't a cheap holiday by far but a memorable one, villa was amazing and clean and we loved visiting Croatia. You wont regret renting this villa it was 5 star. The Platt family. Amazing host
Sanja the Villa owner was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. We arranged taxis, restaurant reservations and a boat trip through her. She also made us a fantastic. traditional meal - highly recommend. We hired a private boat tour via Sanja’s friend Mate which is a must- we had an amazing day at sea with the boat to ourselves a party of 6. Miho our airport taxi driver organised via Vibo - also acted as our tour guide and his local knowledge was invaluable. Private chef Martin came to the Villa and cooked us an amazing meal - highly recommend. Everyone we met on our holiday to Croatia were amazing - thank you all

Beautiful Villa
We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Bane. We were 2 families with teenage children. Everyone had a good time and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Sanja was helpful from the moment we arrived and anything we needed she was on hand. Great location, close to the beach for morning swims and also close to beautiful Omis which is worth a visit. The Cetina River is also in Omis, where we enjoyed a fantastic rafting experience. This was our first visit to Croatia and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Sanja, your villa is wonderful!

Excellent and fun
We recently visited this property with family. 2 families with 7 children aged 8-16. The property itself is stunning, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Convenient and close to beach . Main supermarket is a mile in ormic so car desirable. Pool and games room used daily. Kitchen well equipped. Host was most attentive and helpful. Very useful advice for local excursions and activities The village is small but lots of activities on beach. Also days out white water rafting , blue caves and Hvar and evenings out in old city in split easily doable . Good local bars and restaurants. Thank you to Sanja and team for a most enjoyable stay

The best holiday!
Ten of us -family and friends - were so looking forward to this holiday and it more than exceeded our expectations. Sanja and her family could not have been more welcoming. The villa is beautiful - immaculate with everything you could need and the pool was brilliant. She recommended three local restaurants - all were excellent and she cooked a Dalmatian Peka meal for us one night. Great location - a few minutes to the beach and a super local bakery. Sun and fun in Croatia
This property met all our expectations and more. It was perfect for our three generational family of eight. We loved the light decor, the fully stocked kitchen, the large comfortable lounging/TV area, and a large dining room table for a family gathering. We enjoyed the large deck and pool and had a lot of fun in the billiards room. The laundry was convenient and our hosts our hosts made wonderful recommendations for us. It was a wonderful location for a nearby beach and for exploring other options for recreation. We enjoy cooking our own food and eating out at various restaurants. Croatia is a very welcoming country and we had a terrific experience there. We would highly recommend it.

Best apartment ever and Sanja is the best host
A fantastic apartment 5 star rating for us and have stopped as some fantastic villas in the past but this was the best The host Sanja was brilliant too and greeted us with a smile and stocked up some goodies for us when we arrived and even baked us some lovely cakes for us during our stay and dropped a bottle of wine off - nothing was too much trouble The location is great with a nice beach bar with lovely views right by the apartment and was a scenic short walk into Omis with lots of bars and quaint restaurants We will return again most definitely! 😎

Rejuvenating and relaxing family friendly home
We had an excellent stay at Villa Bane. We were greeted immediately by our hosts with a wonderful meal, beautiful and clean home, and local support for all of our needs. Traveling during Covid is difficult with a family, but our hosts helped us navigate the local system and helped reduce the stress that comes with COVID-19. Our children loved the heat of pool, the playroom and pool table. They played for hours and hours, rain or shine (allowing parents to relax and not entertain!). The local area has wonderful restaurants, bakeries and so much natural beauty. We often took morning walks on the beach which was just one or two minutes from the home. We are so grateful for the time in Croatia and hope to return again!

Great villa with fabulous heated pool
Thank you to Sanja for her warm welcome to Villa Bane - a beautiful meal laid out for us including a traditional flat bread which was delicious. The villa is very light, spacious and modern, perfect for our group of 8; plenty of room for everyone and we really appreciated the very warm and clean pool and jacuzzi, and the lovely terrace with plenty of loungers and tables. The beach was 5 minutes away with 2 great bars; the bus to Split just there too (so we did not need to hire a car). There is loads to do - we had a truly memorable private boat trip to Brac and several very good evenings out in Split and Omis. Croatia is gorgeous and this is a great villa to choose for your holiday.

Underbart hus i Omis
Vi bodde 6 vuxna och 2 ungdomar i detta hus. Huset är verkligen jättefint. 3 våningar + källare. Fräscht och lyxigt hus med allt man kan önska. Jättefin pool med fantastisk utsikt över havet, och väldigt nära till havet (sandstrand ca 150 meter bort) och restauranger. Lagom promenad in till Omis o Gamla stan också. Sanja var en fantastisk värd, och hjälpte oss med bokningar mm. Hon hade också ordnat mat (bröd, skinkor, dryck mm) som ett välkomstpaket. Detta ingick. Vi var jättenöjda med vår vecka!

Fantastic holiday at Villa Bane
Our week at Villa Bane was really, really good. The house is very nice and modern and hosted our family with 9 persons outstanding. All bedrooms has their own bathroom, which is perfect when you are several couples. Kitchen and living room is big and has a very nice sofa to sneak up in. The pool area is just as fantastic as pictures shows. We spent many hours there. Sanja, the house owner was also fantastic, very kind and helpful and she cooked a superb Dalmatia dinner one evening that we really recommend to try, very tasty and very well cooked. We can only give our biggest recommendations- 10+ and hope we get the chance to come back some day. Tony with family, July 2021

Lovely place
I loved my stay here. The house looked better in real life than in the picture. It was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was taken care of daily. The owners were always available to answer our questions and needs. To our surprise we were greeted with delicious lunch upon our arrival. Wonderful villa, highly recommended.
This is a very smart, modern, well equipped and furnished villa which was perfect for our extended family. Sanja was a perfect host and was just a few houses away if we had needed anything. The lunch that was laid out for us when we arrived was an incredibly thoughtful touch and very much appreciated, particularly the soparnik which was delicious! Wonderful
On 19th of October I spent a week in this villa with my family (7 adults and 2 children) to celebrate my 60th birthday. Upon arrival we are surprised with a delicious arrival-dinner and a full refrigerator. So we could immediately relax and from the first moment enjoy of this house. Everything is present in this spacious villa and you will be warmly received. Each room has a beautiful view and luxurious bathroom. Everybody and mostly the little ones have a great time in the pool. We also enjoyed the barbecue and the cooking of the owner, who makes a typical delicious Croatian meal for us. The hosts are always ready to answer your questions and help you with tips to explore the area or sports trips. All in all an unforgettable week thanks to the perfect hospitality. Traumurlaub in Kroatien
Wir waren mit 10 Personen vom 8-13 Oktober in der Villa Bane zu Gast. Zur Villa gibt es folgendes zu sagen : Die Beschreibung und Fotos der Villa sind zu 100% zutreffend. Sie ist so Liebevoll eingerichtet, es stimmte jedes Detail .Es fehlte an nichts. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Zu den Gastgebern : Sie sind einfach nur Spitze. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Sanja und ihrem Sohn herzlich begrüßt.Wir haben uns sehr über den bereit gestellten Begrüßungsimbiss und die Getränke im Kühlschrank gefreut (waren sehr lecker und reichlich) .Bei Fragen oder organisatorischen Dingen wie z.B. Zip-Line buchen, waren Sanja ,Ante und Branko sehr Hilfsbereit. Sie waren bei Fragen auch telefonisch Jederzeit zu erreichen.Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier sehr sehr groß geschrieben.Leider war der Urlaub zu kurz, der Abschied fiel uns allen schwer.Wir wären gerne noch länger dort geblieben. Vi hade en perfekt vecka, villan uppfyller alla förväntningar och läget är perfekt bara 5 min promenad från den fina stranden. Perfekt service från värdarna, middagen stod uppdukad när vi anlände och dessutom var kylen fylld med öl och frukost, vad mer kan man begära?!!

Next door to Paradise.
Villa Bane is actually next door to Paradise. But it was our Paradise this week in september. We (6 adults and 5 children) shared this magnificent villa. On a bit late arrival we were greeted by Sanja and her son with a perfect Croatian tapas and a lot of good stuff in the fridge. Thank You so much ! The check in was incredible easy. So Good ! Bedrooms and bathrooms and the whole spacious house with pool area gives you an luxurious feeling. We really enjoyed. Another event we must recommend is the boat tour we did to Island Brac with boat "1950 Paula". ( ask Sanja ). Fantastic ! We can honestly recommend this Villa Bane which has a very high standard. A Wonderful Week in Croatia!
We want to thank Sanja and Ante for such a lovely welcome to Villa Bane and Croatia, this was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back! They wowed us with a table of food and drinks after on our late arrival to the Villa. From there onwards they were on hand assisting with airport transfers, booking the beautiful Bastion restaurant in Omis, providing use of there car for a first supermarket trip, they cooked a lovely BBQ which was a hit will all, it was lovely to spend the evening relaxing and eating delicious food in the surroundings of the Villa. We went on an island speed boat trip to Pucisca and the Blue Lagoon again recommended by Sanjay, we had a brilliant day visiting the beautiful town, the skipper was great with the children, we swam and sunbathed on the boat and ate at the restaurant at the Blue Lagoon, the fish here was lovely. Our checkout time on the last day was late so we decided to spend the day in Split, we left our cases in secure storage at the port which cost 5 euros per case. It was a very hot day but that didn't spoil the beauty of split, from the palace to the shops, restaurants and harbour. The airport was approximately 20 minutes from Split, we used Connecto Travel for our transfer from Split to the Airport this cost 70 euros for a large minibus for 10. The closest beach to the Villa is lovely and safe for children, there are watersports, paddleboards and inflatables here, our children are 15+ and really enjoyed these activities. Shooku is ideal for lunch time snacks and drinks, the pizza is very good. We also ate in Cocopazzo in Omis and had a drink in Elo roof top bar, it is well worth one drink for the view, I imagine it gets busier with a younger crowd later, we went as the sun was going down and the views were pretty impressive. Yep we would definitely recommend we loved everything about it, 5 stars from us!! Love the Harveys :)

The number 1 villa & owners in Duce/Omis
From the moment you arrive at the villa you feel at home. The owners are exceptional and because they live near the villa are always on hand should you need them. They were at the villa when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. It was also my birthday during the holiday and they made me a birthday cake and the lounge was decorated with banners & balloons. A really nice touch and a good example of the hospitality provided. We also paid for the Peka meal (Croatian BBQ), it’s cooked for you by the owners and brought up to the villa - I would recommend you try this! You will read many excellent reviews on here and for good reason, everything is true and the villa will exceed your expectations. It was our first trip to Croatia and I am so pleased we decided to try it out. The country is beautiful, the people are really friendly and the food is amazing. If you are reading this now deciding where to book your next holiday then book this villa. Ante & Sanja will make sure you have a holiday to remember. I am missing the amazing views from the pool already!

Excellent property
This property is excellent and exceeded our expectations The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host could not be more helpful and we loved the outside space which is fabulously equipped with all the furniture you coul possibly need. We had two young children and they loved the playroom and the ample supply of toys. The adults loved the pool table and gym. The bedrooms were amazing and the ground floor open plan lounge dining and kitchen were beautifully fitted out and planned. We would definitely rebook this property and highly recommend the house and the location.

Great way to spent holiday!
Villa was really cozy, brand new, big rooms, perfect pool area were to relax and spend time together. Also there was a nice barbecue area. Location was excellent, we did not have car so busstop was just near by. Easy access to Split and Omis. The owners were great. There was a welcoming tapas waiting for us when we arrived. Also they prepared dinner for us one night. It was great to have local food served at home. I can really recommend this villa to everyone! Thank you Ante & Sanja very much for your hospitality!Your really made our vacation memorable.Hvala!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Duce ist super gelegen, ein Spaziergang am Sandstrand ca 1.5 km und schon ist man in dem Städtchen Omis. Wer mehr Trubel, Besichtigungen und Kulturreise anstrebt ist auch in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto in Split. Zum Haus und Gastgeberin :wir (3Familien)sind am Ostersonntag angereist und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Würden mit einem gedeckten Tisch und Catering verwöhnt. Der Kühlschrank war auch schon mit kalten Getränken bestückt und alle notwendigen Lebensmittel wie Zucker, Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl essig schon bereitgestellt. Habe meinen Geburtstag einen Tag später im Haus gefeiert und würde mit Kuchen und Blumen beschenkt. Kann nur schwärmen, sind super super zufrieden und werden sicherlich öfter dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Tolle Gastfreundschaft. Zum Haus :ohne Worte!!!!! Alles einfach alles, angefangen von der Garage, Billardzimmer, Waschmaschine im UG mit WC, im EG, das geräumige Wohn-Esszimmer mit der Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sehr sauber, neuwertig, rundum toll. Von hieraus kommt man auf die Terrasse mit PooI, Essbereuch, lounge Ecke..... Ohne Worte sehr gepflegt und sehr einladend. In den beiden Obergeschossen sind die Suits mit jeweils eigenem Bad , auch hier sehr geräumig , sauber und nur zu empfehlen. Vier Zimmer mit Doppelbett sind mit Balkon und Meerblick (tolle Sicht), eins davon hat ein extra Sofa zum ausziehen und das fünfte Zimmer ist ohne Meerblick und ohne Balkon auf der Nordseite dafür mit einer luxus Badewanne. Auch das separate Kinderspielzimmer ist auf der Nordseite angebracht und ist mit einem Baby Bett bestückt, TV, Konsolenspielen und Tischkicker. Wonderful !
We have just arrived back from a fantastic holiday at villa Bane and it is hard to put into words how perfect our holiday was. We were a group of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children (aged between 6 and 13) who stayed at the Villa Bane for 2 weeks. Contact with our hosts Sanja and Ante was easy and friendly. We were welcomed with specialty Soparnik, breads, meats, cheeses fruits and juice waiting for us when we arrived. That’s a really nice touch. The villa itself is everything you could want and more - is absolutely amazing. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped and it met all of our high expectations. Exactly as pictured, finished to a really high standard. There are a lot of stairs since the house spreads out over four floors. This wasn't a problem for us, but good to know if you have toddler or trouble walking stairs.This means that the bedrooms are spread out over two different floors, which gives everyone a lot of space and privacy. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers! The outside area is truly amazing. The views are to die for, the swimming pool is perfect and the games room kept our kids happy whilst we were there. When we were there in early April, it was raining the first few days, but the kids were eager to get to the pool. Knowing this, the owner heated up the pool, it was really nice! The ocean is really close too, and offers lovely swims and walks along the beaches. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distance and Omis with its many restaurants and shops only 5 minutes drive away. Sanja also provided us football match tickets, traditional Peka and delicious chocolate cake! She was really helpful and was constantly at the end of the phone for any queries we had. We have already recommended this villa to our friends who want to visit Croatia, we told them that they could go there without hesitation. Do not wait to book, you will not regret it!

Excellent 5-star villa
We arrived early from AirPort and stored our luggage in the garage. When the villa was cleaned Sanja and Ante gave us a call and offered us a delicius Dalmatien lunch. From villa Bane it is very close to a nice sandy beach with bars and restaurants and in walking distance you Will find the old city Omis. The villa was spacy, clean and very wellequipt. Sanja and Ante with family were perfekt as hosts, they introduced the area for us and were always there to help when needed. When We had a birthday Sanja came with a very good ” Soparnik” We loved the place and Will highly recommend a stay in villa Bane. Bengt, Sweden

Großartige Villa
Wir verbrachten einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub in der Villa Bane (25.08.-08.09.´18). Die Villa bietet wirklich alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht dazu kommen die freundlichsten und zuvorkommensten Gastgeber die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen exakt der Realität. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig von Ante und seinem Sohn gereinigt. Genügend Hand und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Wir wurden herzlichst mit einem mit feinen Speisen gedeckten Tisch und gekühlten Getränken empfangen, sodass wir uns nach der Hausführung und nach der Bitte der Hausbesitzer dass wir uns bei sämtlichen Fragen jederzeit an sie wenden sollten gleich mal in den Pool stürzen konnten. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns für ein von Sanja gekochtes Menü mit hervorragendem Schokoladenkuchen als Dessert entschieden.Das Essen ist sehr gut und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Auch wurde der Kuchen liebevoll mit Geburtstagskerzen dekoriert und obendrein gab es noch selbstgemachten Wein und Sekt. Sanja und Ante sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben immer gute Tips egal ob Parkplatz in Split oder Freizeitaktivitäten rund um Duce. Wir haben uns auch für eine Bootstour mit Mate, ein Freund von Sanja und Ante, entschieden. Auch diese kann ich nur empfehlen. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis von dem wir lange und gerne erzählen werden. Der Strand ist Sand bzw. Kies je nachdem in welche Richtung man geht. Ich persönlich würde in Richtung Omis empfehlen da ist der Sandstrand sauberer und auch die Hauptstraße ist da weniger oder auch gar nicht zu hören. Das Wasser ist sauber und flach ideal für kleine Kinder. In Omis kann man abends schön durch die kleinen Gassen flanieren. Auch die Altstadt von Split ist definitiv einen Ausflug wert und wenn das Wetter mal nicht schön sein sollte kann ich die Male of Dalmatien empfehlen :). Ich kann die Villa nur jedem ans Herz legen der einen unvergesslichen, wunderbaren Urlaub mit seinen liebsten oder Freunden verbringen will. Wir waren 11 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Vielen lieben Dank Sanja und Ante dass ihr uns euer wunderbares Haus zur Verfügung gestellt habt. Wir werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen und hoffen euch bald mal wieder zu sehen. Absolutely superb, couldn't fault it.
The villa was magnificent. Ten of us shared and had plenty of room. It was of exceptional quality. Pool area was fantastic, so relaxing. Owners were very helpful, even laying out a meal and beer for our arrival after midnight. Duce itself had a beautiful beach and some great beach bars. We can't wait to return. wonderful location - the best ever hosts....
from the moment we walked into Villa Bane we knew we'd have a special time. Greeted by Sanja & Ante, we were walked around every part of the villa to ensure we were comfortable and fully satisfied, and then provided with a "welcome" table of food - meats, cheeses and a divine home-cooked spinach dish, before we could discuss settling the remaining invoice.... Every part of the Villa was exactly like shown in the photos, which is really refreshing and makes a change from estate agent "trick-shots"... Our hosts provided us use of their car for shopping (very helpful given the extreme heat we encountered. It was my daughter's birthday whilst at the villa, and Sanja produced the most stunning cake to celebrate, (please send the recipe!!!) and wouldn't accept payment. That combined with a couple of bottles of home-brewed wine made for a great evening. The villa was perfect for our 2 families to share and we never felt like we were under each other's feet. The Shooko bar is 100m+ away and was a great spot to cool down with some sea breeze and cool beer/cocktails. decent sandy beach, with clear waters. Omis nearby, walkable on a cooler day, we took the bus. be prepared for some traffic congestion enroute. Had a great afternoon white water rafting, and another day out on a boat with a very helpful skipper. Another wind-surfing. the rest on the beach or around the pool. Bluntly, all the Croatian people we met were so very helpful and accommodating, but none better than Sanja and family! It was a very nice house and near to the beach.
Er have a small problem with water om the kitchen - come from the freeser. But everything was clear in few minuts.
