«Im Gegensatz zu der ein Jahr vorher gebuchten Villa (7024) ist die Villa 7027 in einen deutlich schlechteren Zustand. Risse in Wände, kaputte Fenster (Schlafzimmer), verrostete Ablagefächer im Bad, dreckiges Geschirr, loose Türen an den Küchenschränken, usw. Hier sollte man renoviert werden.»

The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. «This villa exceeded our expectations. All the bedrooms have king size beds and there is a 3/4 bath on the first floor which was unexpected and perfect as all the couples had there own bathroom. Melissa was very fast to respond to some issues (smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms needed batteries) and maintenance was there within the hour. The pool was heated and very private. I would highly recommend this place to stay. »

«This condo was perfect in so many ways. The location is beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. After a bit of a travel challenge for our arrival it was so nice to wake up in the mornign and have what we needed to start the day - coffee and tea!Alec and Lucy were such wonderful hosts. The communication was flawless throughout and they checked in to make sure everything was working for us. If there was a 6 star rating I would have gone with that!»
