«A couple of things: we called ina problem with the water and ice in the fridge. This issue was checked but never resolved (for us). Also a short in the wiring of the ceiling light in the back left-hand bedroom, along with the fire alarm there. Another thing: the backstop behind the kitchen sink in coming off the wall. Need re- glueing or re-setting. Finally, you need a dustpan for the broom, somewhere in the huose.Rest all lovely.»

«The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. «It was great! Exactly as pictured! Also, I loved the color and look of the building! I was surprised it had an elevator, because I did not expect that, but that was very useful. There is covered parking too. The condo was beautiful, very dog-friendly, close to the beach...the pool was nice! Hosts were conscientious and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy! «This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April.
