The space
The Bay View Beauty apartment is the newest unit in Villa Diana which was furnished, decorated and completed in May 2021.

This elegant, warm and romantic apartment is a very special and unique, decorated with a lot of passion and attention to the smallest details.

The panoramic views from the balcony overlook Zaton Bay and the main Dubrovnik harbor with the bridge, Marina and Cruise Terminal, great for watching cruise liners and yachts sailing in and out of this beautiful harbour.

This airy, comfortable, air-conditioned apartment which offers a great value and privacy for up to 4 guests has a well equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa, an ensuite to the main bedroom, and a separate bathroom for the 2nd bedroom.

The modern kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator with a separate freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The Bedrooms are equipped with comfortable high quality beds while the bathrooms include shower cubicle and hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi is complimentary. A kid’s bed (cot) is available for the master bedroom.
There is a separate laundry room in the basement level that includes a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board.

This apartment also has exclusive parking directly in front of the house.

Villa Diana is a modern and eye-catching building.
It is situated in Lapad which is one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik that includes most of the local hotels, beaches and promenades.
It is less than 10 minute walk down to a pedestrian only area where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. The local supermarket is only 150 meters away while the local bus stop is 50 meters from the villa. The Old Town is approximately 2 miles distance but only a 10-minute bus ride away.
You will find a variety of beaches surrounding the Lapad peninsula. All are located within a walking distance and can be reached easily in 10 to15 minutes walk from Villa Diana.
There are four apartments offered in Villa Diana all luxurious, finished to a high standard, fully equipped, perfectly cleaned and maintained.
The hosts live in the same building but in a different apartment and are always available to provide any help to guests during their stay while respecting their privacy.
