These rooms are located in Lapad, Dubrovnik. It’s a great place because of the location and because the rooms are newly furnished and really convenient for anybody looking for good quality accommodation.
These rooms are situated a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children).
The room is 16 sqm, and it’s equipped with: a smart TV, a minibar, a work table, closet, an AC, a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a mirror, two single beds (90x200) or one double bed (180x200) depending on your preferences, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

If you’re interested in having a parking space, you need to reserve it beforehand, and depending on the availability we will confirm or deny your request. Itsadditional fee is15€ a day.
We charge city tax separately from the accommodation cost (city tax costs 2.65 € per person per night).
We need you to specify your bed preference (two single beds or one double bed), because once we set the room up for your arrival we won’t be able to change the beds to your preference if we weren’t advised on time.


These rooms are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)
