Located close to the picturesque village of Orašac, Villa Radenka is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. A wonderful place to stay with family or friends, the villa is just 1.5 km from the beach and enjoys beautiful views of the Elaphite Islands. The nearest shops and restaurants are within 1.5 km and the city of Dubrovnik is a 20-minute car ride away.

Villa Radenka (300 sqm) develops over three levels connected by internal stairs (ground, first and second floor).

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas, fireplace, and TV), a dining area (with dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with a breakfast bar). This floor is also equipped with a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a covered terrace (accessible from the living room).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and furnished balconies, and one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower) and furnished balcony. This floor also has a wellness room (including cardio equipment and a sauna).

On the second floor, you will find another living room (with sofa, armchairs, and TV) and two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers). The rooms have access to the balcony.

Outside, the villa has a spacious terrace featuring a private heated swimming pool (24 sqm) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and outdoor shower. There is also a covered terrace (accessible from the living room) equipped for alfresco dining (with dining table, chairs, barbecue, and sink). Private parking is also available on the premises.
