Fin liten leilighet midt inne i gamlebyen!
Liten, men pent oppusset leilighet midt i hjertet av Gamlebyen! Nerio møtte oss selv da vi kom, og vi fikk sjekke inn tidlig da vi ankom før innsjekk. Fortalte om byen, viste på kart og tullet med ungene. Leiligheten var liten og kjøkkenet og kjøleskapet veldig lite, men var godt rengjort og virket nyoppusset. Anbefales!

Utmerket sted midt i gamlebyen i Dubrovnik
Utmerket overnattingsted midt I gamlebyen I Dubrovnik! Rent og nytt rom. Selv om rommet ligger midt I byen rett over en fortausrestaurant er vinduene helt lyd-tette så rommet er helt stille på nattestid.

Nice apartment, clean and superb location in the middle of the Old City. The host was service minded and the apartment had good standards

Dette var ikke et hotell, men privat leilighet. Dette sto ikke til forventningene fra nettet. Leiligheten var tungvind og noe urent. Måtte gå ganske langt med bagasje, da det ikke var lov med bilkjøring i gamlebyen, noe som ikke var opplyst på forhånd. Vi måtte også betale med en gang vi kom kontant. noe som ble stress. Byen var flott og bystranda fin, men dyrt for solsenger. Fra famile på 3 mormor og barnebarn

Only cash is accepted for hotel charge.
When I pay for fare, very surprised to hear thst only cash is accepted. Card was rejected. In case of lack of cash, he/she should get the money from ATM machine. Too bad. Also, there was no clean-up at all during 3 days of staying period. Ecxept for its location I don't want recommend this accomodation at all.

staying from Saturday till Monday
Strengths: good location (old city center). cleaned, well-equipped, fridge, room : spacious and with independent air conditioned. negative points: street noise: despite of the double glazing, street noise till very late. noise due to the common apartment entrance: The apartment is actually divided into two apartments. the access of the second floor apartment passes through the middle of the first floor apartment (between the room and the bathroom). In addition to the noise caused by the access by the wooden stairs, neighbors voices are listen as if they were with us (to get worst, neighbors decided to do a party in the apartment till very late). Pillows are too high and hard.

두브로브니크에 처음 셀렌가아파트에2일묶고 하루 방이 없어 옮겼는데 더 비싼거에 비해 안좋아서 불만족~ 뭔가 부족,불편~ 방이 넓은편이긴해도 주방쪽 뭐 올려놓기도 부족 밑의리플보고 Cafe Royal옆으로 갔으나 주인이 안나타나 연락하니 와서 다른곳으로 데려가주었다 우리숙소는 스튜디오(Apartment Nerio Stradun)였는데 스트라둔대로중간쯤?에서 왼쪽(오노프리오분수 등지고)골목들어감 있는 돌체비타 아이스크림가게 건너편였다 근처가게에 주인이 있는듯~한층만 올라감돼서 다행였다

Excellent location
I enjoyed my stay at Apartment Nerio, all the 4 days that I was there. Nerio came to meet me when I arrived and explained everything clearly. The location was more than perfect and the room was cozy. Another big advantage was that I only had to climb about 7-8 steps to get to the apartment, which is a rare event in Drubvonik.The Tea is also very safe.

Do note that the owner has more than one property. We were misled because we assumed that this property was along the Stradun (as it is advertised) but it is not. However, the location was next to a Farmer's Market and that was sufficiently satisfactory. Unfortunately the room was very cold — even three blankets were not enough against the March cold of night — and it was necessary for the owner to bring in an additional heating device. It is not ensuite — the toilet is located outside the room along the hallway, along with a small kitchen area.

Not What Expected - Bad and Good
The room was on the square where the Market is held daily. Other Nerio rooms are on the Stratun. Our room had a private bathroom across a public hallway shared by the upstairs room. The bathroom was hot and smelly because you had to keep the door locked and had no AC. The kitchenette was in the hallway too. The location was the best thing. Market bakery and convenience store where steps away. We ate our breakfast pastries at benches around the Old Port. Once in the Gates the walk to room was flat unlike probably many other apartments. Dubrovnik is very hilly

旧市街のど真ん中の宿。ロケーションはパーフェクトだと思う！どこに観光に行くにも徒歩圏内。ピレ門まで徒歩1分。 唯一の難点はシャワーのお湯が使い過ぎたら冷水になること。これは説明しておいてほしかった。

Good good!!!
The best thing about this hotel is that you dont have to climb the stairs. Also it is located in the middle of the old town so you dont have to take any public transportation. Also the house owner was so nice and kind so the information that he gave us was so useful. One thing that I want this hotel is that if I can lock the door in the wash room, it can be more comfortable!!^^ However, overall I am satisfied with this hotel. Especially, the market which is held every morning right in front of my house!! You can buy fresh fruit every morning!!

Remember , this is a self catering apartment, not a hotel or bed and breakfast, so if you arrive very late at night like I did, you are on your own! , the owner lives out of town , but if you phone him or text him , he will sort things out the next day. It is clean and adequately furnished with basic cooking facilities, ( mine did not have a kettle or a frying pan ) Advantages, Great location , walking distance from the gate,you won't need to climb many stairs with your suite cases ,it is smack in the middle of the square in the Old Town,with a daily farmers market , super market across from you, and restaurants and ice cream everywhere.

Uncomfortable Bed, But Terrific Location!
The location was fantastic. Nerio was very kind and helpful checking us in early and assisting us with our luggage! The room ("apartment") itself was very small and basic. The bathroom was very mildewed. And the bed was not particularly comfortable given the price point. Higher quality sheets, along with a modern day mattress and pillows, would be a wise investment!

ideal location within city walls
Ideally located within the city walls overlooking one of the main squares. Host on hand to meet us and very welcoming along with helpful information. Explained facilities - they are a bit dated but acceptable - the bathroom is refurbished. there are some steep steps up to the apartment from the square - if location to the city is important then worth considering.

Great Apartment/Location
Location, Location, Location - the BEST! It's right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik with NO STEPS to climb and with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Perfectly clean with a very nice staff who agreed to store our luggage. Hot water was plentiful and our twin room (one double, one pull out couch) was very comfortable. My only complaint - no international news channels (CNN/BBC) in English. Mr. Nerio and his staff were very nice.

위치 최고의 심플한 아파트먼트
저 혼자 3박 4일 2인실에 묵었는데 너무 만족했어요. 급하게 떠난 여행이라서 올드타운 중심+계단 없이 갈 수 있다는 두가지 점을 보고 선택했고 결과적으로 최고의 선택이었습니다. 객실이 예쁘거나 시설이 좋고 그런 것은 아니니 여자분들은 참고하세요. 다른 곳들은 비슷한 조건에 유럽풍으로 꾸며진 객실도 있더라구요. 하지만 지내는데는 아무 불편함이 없었고 바로 창문열면 관광지라 ㅋㅋ 좋았습니다. 다만 일찍 주무셔야 하는 분들은 밤에 시끄러울수도 있어요. 저는 늦게 들어와서 씻고 하니까 상관은 없었습니다.(가게들이 12시 반? 이정도면 다 닫아서 조용해짐) 일반 호텔이 아니니까 도착해서 전화하셔야 체크인이 될거에요. 저는 미리 도착 시간을 알리고 갔는데 늦어져서 아무도 없었음. 전화하니 3분만에 와서 다 알려주심. ㅋㅋ 간판이 따로 없으니까 찾기 어려울수도 있는데 초록 철문 옆으로 번지수 (8) 가 있으니 확인하시면 돼요. 찾는 가장 쉬운 방법! 음식점 camenice랑 cafe royal 사이의 apartment 입니다 ㅋ필레문으로 들어가셔서 정면 계단으로 내려가지마시고 왼편보면 경사로 내리막길 있어요 참고하시구여 ㅎㅎ

Nice location in Old Town
It was great staying inside of Old Town. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. There was no shower only a tub and no elevator which was expected and was not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils and a mini fridge was provides. The free wi-fi worked great. The owner, Nerio, responded quickly to my emails and gave ua great sightseeing information and maps. I would definitely stay here again.

立地が良く清潔
総合的に快適に過ごせた。 立地が良く滞在日を有効に使えた。 (ピレ門徒歩約3分、メイン通りの角を一回曲がってすぐの建物2F) 水周りとベッドが清潔。天井が高い。冷房はよく効いた。 風呂はシャワーのみでタンクの水を都度沸かすタイプ。水の出は問題ない。 ミニキッチンあり。 空港送迎は片道40ユーロ、オーナーの自家用車。 道中、観光情報とおすすめのレストランを教えてくれる。 (レストランはまあまあで二回目は行かなかった) 早朝五時半の送迎は断られたが、タクシーを利用しても同じ金額だった。 以下余談ですが、ドブロブニク空港国内線は慢性的に遅延している様子。 (セキュリティチェックのゲートが1つしかない) ザグレブ行き朝6:55発の便への移動はバスで充分でした。

Central Location
A nice apartment right in the centre of the old city of Dubrovnik. The owner was very helpful and gave me some good information about the city when I arrived. This is not a hotel so don't expect hotel style room service or reception. If you want a nice clean place in the centre of the city it is perfect.

Location, location, location!
Can't beat the location. The only problem we had was with parking, but this is not the apartment owner's fault. Just know that you'll pay ~20 Euros per day if you park near the Old Town. We parked at the Argentina Hotel about 10 minutes outside of the Old Town, and it saved us about 7 Euro per day in parking fees. I recommend it for parking only. Now for the apartment, it was great and the location literally CANNOT be beat. Nerio met us at the apartment, and was a great help and very friendly. We were comfortable, and had a great time. I recommend it to families, as it's a great way to see Dubrovnik (awesome city)! Only recommendation for Nerio is to put a map up of where exactly to meet you, and where you recommend to park. As mentioned, I think the Argentina hotel was good value, and a little cheaper, but you're the local expert. We had a great time, and will definitely stay again!

A good location close to everything we wanted.
We enjoyed our visit The only problem we had indoors was the shower. Where it was positioned made it difficult for a taller person to use. You had to bend to stop hitting your head on the wall. It took us a while to open the exit gate but hitting it with a hip solved the problem We found the restaurants good and the people helpful

The house is protected by UNESCO and we can not afford any outside reconstruction (bathroom roof) to make a higher place for shower, but we do hope to find a new solution for next year. Old building in a great location
Ancient building in a great location on the Green Market Square in the old city, close to many restaurants and bars although some were closed for winter. There are steep, tall stone stairs leading to the front door so you must be able bodied to stay here. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and the reverse cycle aircon kept us warm for this winter break so guess it would also be good at keeping it cool in summer as would the thick stone walls. Only downside was that the drains in the bathroom smelt bad and we had to cover the shower drain with a cup when not in use(as we found it)else it got really bad. This may be because there hadn't been anyone in there for a while?

Excelent apartment, perfect location, friendly sta
The building comprised of two apartments. I stayed in the bottom floor. The whole apartment was super clean and had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldnt be better. It was only a 3 minute walk from Pile gate, 1 minute walk from the new harbor and truly in the middle of old town. The location is so much better than the Hilton's and for much cheaper. The decor is old school but it added to the charm of the place. Also if you're visiting Dubrovnik you're not there to be hauled inside and apt. There were no city steps you needed to walk up which makes visiting with heavy luggage a dream. Nerio, the owner met me on the main street and walked me to the Apt as i was having trouble finding it because it was dark at that point. Although in hindsight it was my bad map reading skills because the place was so close! Nerio was very friendly and took the time to show me on the map where everything was. The house belonged to his grandmother which added to the connection he had to the town and the apt. My entire visit in Dubrovnik was absolutely lovely. I didnt know where to go first because there was soooo much to do and all within close proximity to the apt. If i ever get the opportunity to visit again, i would stay at Nerio's again.

Nice apartment with two floors and kitchen almost at the center of old town, just beside the market place with good restaurants (reasonable price comparing with price level at the old town generally). Owner very friendly telling where to go for lunch/sightseeings etc. Almost every place worth to visit at the working distance from the apartment.
