«I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside ...

«I ordered a trip for my daughter and me, and on the very day of the trip I received a message saying that they could not honour our visit. That resulted in me having to secure a much more expensive hotel room. They also refused to refund the trip, which resulted in the trip being really expensive. They did not give a reason for why they could not honour our trip, I believe it was because my daughter is not yet 18. They do not say anything about this in the rules and restrictions as other hotels ...

«This is a great place to get away. The hosts are amazing! Great shops within 20min and a beautiful property. If going far, take a taxi to the train station, taxis are very expensive.»

Lots of bus frequency; about 15 minutes ride to Temple Bar area. Similar short walk to AirCoach stops to get back and forth from the airport.»
