Fantastisk beliggenhet! Vær forberedt på støy og kjøp øreplugger for natten. Så er det ingen forstyrrelser å sove. Leiligheten var super. Fin, ren, sentral. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet i leiligheten.

Leiligheten var svært liten og stue /kjøkken anordningen - bestod av en sofa satt inn i Kjøkkenet. Dårlig lydisolering innebar at vi kun hadde noen timers ro midt på natten. Svært tungvint at en må stille på en annen adresse for å hente ut nøkler - enn der en faktisk skal bo. Kommer ikke til å velge dette overnattingsstedet igjen.

Dear Guest, Your feedback is important to us. We would like to comment regarding the apartment location: Temple Bar is a lively district in Dublin City Centre and some noise is to be expected. Our apartment is a standard size Dublin apartment with kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom and bathroom. Our check in options are clearly state on our property information and again provided during the booking confirmation.

Die lage ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat der wasserboiler nach einem Tag nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort, daher war es nicht so schlimm. Alles andere war top👍 es hat alles gepasst und super funktioniert. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen der das volle Stadtleben geniessen will.

Disappointed
This property felt dirty. The photos are deceiving and don't show the filth in the apartment. The couch was stained so we placed a comforter on it to sit. The tub was stained, tile cracked and dirty. The balcony door was broken and didn't lock. We stayed in apartment 1 and it was not worth the cost.

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement que nous avions réservé (apparemment dégâts des anciens locataires). Celui que nous avons eu était moins bien situé par rapport à nos attentes et d’un standing inférieur. Il était très bruyant et beaucoup moins cosy que celui que nous avions réservé. Et cela pour le même tarif!!!

We did appreciate the great location. What we did not like was the hide à bed poor mattress, especially for adults. The fire alarm that went on due to next door restaurant exhaust fan that got all the appartments fire alarm system to go on at 10PM.

Quartier de Temple Bar
Appartement très très bien situé dans le quartier de Centre ville de Dublin, à environ 100m du célèbre Temple Bar. A proximité à pied de tout, comme énoncer dans l’annonce, idem pour comment se déplacer. Appartement est daté mais propre, cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, un lave linge est également disponible. Plusieurs appartements dans le même immeuble (et certainement d’autres dans la ville) sont gérés par City Break Apartments Ltd. Attention, il n’y a pas de service d’accueil directement à l’adresse du séjour. Le check-in et check-out se fait uniquement au bureau central, celui se trouve à 15-20 minutes à pied de l’appartement. Vous aurez la possibilité de confier vos bagages si besoin. Après les pubs et après avoir visité Dublin. Si vous souhaitez, vous pouvez aller faire une randonnée à 15 km environ en dehors de Dublin, vous pourrez vous rendre à la presqu’île de Howth, c’est à environ 30 minutes en transport en commun (depuis la station de gare PEARSE).

Do not book here, not as advertised
The apartment is in need of repairs. The balcony door isn't hinged so when we tried to open it, it fell in us. It can be pushed open from the outside and with no way to secure the premises,I felt unsafe. My linen had terrible stains. It was extremely hard to walk up all those stairs with luggage and I did not know I needed to do this. You need to pick up keys at another address,which is challenging. The shower doesn't drain so you need to stop your shower to wait for it to drain, and the Dan doesn't work so the floor gets very slippery and you get one key so that's alot of fun to deal with when you have six in your group.Communication was terrible, several emails sent were never answered. I was expected to take out the trash and pay for garbage bags which is odd. Definitely not hotels com standards and wonder why it's on the site

appartamento situato in zona centralissima in pieno temple bar, comodo per visitare il centro città, confortevole, moderno e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire anche per soggiorni di più giorni. Unica pecca il rumore serale/notturno proveniente dai locali vicini nel fine settimana, ma nel complesso Buonissima location!

They no longer rent out apartments above templebar
I have booked in the past and the stay was amazing so we wanted to book again. The pictures they had listed were for the place we booked in the past. When I checked in they said they no longer operated the apartments overtop temple bar- then why do you still have the pictures up? And why is the location marker on the map as the rooms above the temple bar. We wanted to make the best so we tried. The stairwell to the apartment is cluttered with personal possessions. When we got into the room, the floor was dirty and there was an old crusty fry on the floor. The counter had sugar on it form the last stay. The bathroom vent did not work so it got really moist and humid after and shower, and you can notice some mold growing on the door. It felt more like a college dorm then it did an apartment. The beds are stiff and I booked for a king bed and got a double..the only TV is put in an inconvenient location. Also the button to flush the toilet was missing.. and toilet paper was shoved down as a button.. My disappointment came from the fact that the room I booked was the pictures of the old property they no longer service. That property was beautiful. I felt like I got “played” cause I was expecting the pictures and got a dirty apartment that was very claustrophobic. Save your money and book somewhere else.. I used to love city break apartments and staying above the temple bar.. I wouldn’t have been as upset if the apartment was dingy and dirty..

Location was the best! Everything within walking distance, check in office to apt about 15min walk. Can be loud at night but its normal for the area. Temple bar around the corner. Recomend fixing toilet button was broken. Love that they have a book of recommendation to do around area. If you want to go to local bar outside tourist area go to Memas @ Chinatown good prices and good food

Perfectly fine apartment- brilliant area!
We originally booked Temple Street Apartments but due to the previous guest having to stay and self isolate we were contacted to say we had been moved to Hatch Street Apartments instead. We were apartment number 8, it had 2 x bedrooms with its own toilet (one with a shower too) self contained kitchen sitting area and small outside court out of the front. The apartment was clean, however we think previous guests had been smoking inside before as it did have a musky smell in the air. It was fine for what we needed, we didn’t spend a lot of time there. We were worried about the location as it’s a good 20 min walk to Temple Bar, however we were so wrong. We were a 5 min walk to Camden Street, which was a fantastic area full of pubs and restaurants (Doolallys was the best Indian we have ever ate in) it was more chilled and less touristy than Temple Bar was, a real gem area of Dublin! The local Weatherspoons there was fab, brand new and cheaper drinks and breakfast! So overall we were very happy as the area was lovely!

Apartment was way smaller than pictures make it seem. It was an older apartment and wasnt very clean. Pictures are of a few apartments they have so you dont really know what apartment you will get till you get there. Address for the apartment on hotels.com was not the one we got. I was disappointed in this place. This place is in the templebar area and its easy to get around. If I could do it again, I would definitely pick another place.

Living at the pub
Staying in the Temple Bar District appartment was like staying in the pub itself, as it's located just above the famous Temple Bar! Perfect for the ones looking to hit the pubs and be within walking distance to all the tourist sites, churches and the castle. Heaters in every room and all the necessities you may need. On the down side the sofa bed was back breakingly uncomfortable and the noise from the pub at night and the street cleaners in the morning was very audible inside the appartment.

De ligging van de accommodatie is fantastisch, recht boven de bekende Temple Bar. Geluidsoverlast is dus inherent aan je verblijf hier, maar dat stoort niet aangezien je dit moet verwachten. Met de verstrekte oordopjes heb je overigens nergens meer last van. De slaapbanken in de woonkamer zijn in zeer slechte staat. Dit kan geen bed worden genoemd! Zorg dat iedereen zijn eigen slaapkamer heeft, zodat je geen gebruik hoeft te maken van de slaapbanken. De appartementen zijn verder zeer netjes.

Nachts, nach Ankunft, wurden von ca. 2:30Uhr bis ca. 5:00Uhr Bauarbeiten im Haus durchgeführt mit entsprechend schlafloser Nacht. Auf Nachfrage bei der Vermietung erfolgte auf eine Entschuldigung direkt die Möglichkeit ein neues Quartier beziehen zu dürfen mit kostenlosem Upgrade. Das neue Appartment war super und zum Glück ohne Buarbeiten.

l'appartamento ( interno 8E primo piano della struttura di fronte a temple bar) è molto grande e ben arredato. posizione e vista dalle 3 finestre della sala ECCEZIONALE abbiamo sfruttato cucina solo per colazione, ben accessoriata - divano letto della sala molto scomodo (materasso troppo sottile) - pulizia buona delle superfici, bagno, cucina e della biancheria, però tappezzerie e moquette macchiate alcuni problemi: la raccolta rifiuti nel vano scale lascia cattivo odore abbiamo avuto problemi col riscaldamento, tutti i termosifoni erano disattivati tranne uno. il primo giorno abbiamo atteso l'accensione automatica ma non è avvenuta. abbiamo telefonato, molto gentilmente ci hanno dato indicazioni non utili però. siamo riusciti ad accendere un solo termosifone molto potente che ha scaldato tutto l'appartamento, non in modo uniforme però, dovendolo lasciare acceso sempre con le porte aperte. chiamando di nuovo la mattina dopo ci hanno detto che avrebbero mandato il giorno stesso l'assistenza, non ci siamo accorti del loro passaggio però. la situazione è rimasta tale. Siccome la soluzione di un solo termo era sufficiente non abbiamo più insistito, è però un peccato perchè sarebbe meglio scaldare meno tutte le stanze. bagno non riscaldato. i clienti e la musica di temple bar si sentono, ne eravamo al corrente. per noi non è stato un problema. molto disponibili all'ufficio check in, per deposito bagagli. circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. assistenza via mail ottima.

Ideale ligging ten opzichte van het uitgaansgebied. De plek waar de sleutel kon worden opgehaald lag wel een aardig stukje verwijderd van het appartement. Met grote koffers is dit lastig te doen. Het is geen aanrader om het raam van de slaapkamer 's-nachts open te laten want er staat een installatie achter die heel veel lawaai maakt. Verder ziet het appartement er verzorgt en gezellig uit en de ligging is perfect wanneer je graag direct in het uitgaansleven wilt zitten. Wij kunnen het appartement dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

I will start with the positives - we very much enjoyed the location, it does not get better than this spot. Very touristy, but we are tourists, so I don't mind. Yes, there is noise overnight but we are night owls so it didn't bother us. Pretty settled and quiet by 3AM. We loved the fact that we were able to walk out of door and be right in the middle of all the fun. We stayed for a whole week, but we left the second and third day to travel to Northern Ireland. When we returned on the fourth day, we discovered one of the bed rooms was soaked from a leak in the ceiling. We contacted the management and they brought new bedding, By the next day the second bedroom was also leaking and the entire carpet was soaked. At this point both of the bedrooms were uninhabitable - the floors were soaked, the bedding was soaked and it was beginning to smell moldy. The last night of our stay they moved us to another apartment they operate (which was a block over and beautiful). While I appreciate them moving us the final day, it really put a "damper" on our trip to have three of us sleeping on two couches on the first floor for two nights.

Excellent location - although a bit of noise from construction next door. Very nice apartments, but problems with the heating in one of them. It was immediately fixed the next day, however. Fairly expensive, but worth it!

Dejlig beliggenhed, dog larm fra bargaden (det vidste vi) lejligheden fremstod fin, men dog et sminket lig. Sovesofaen var i stykker da vi kom, bordet sad læst i væggen. Vi kontaktet dog udlejer og fik det fixet... håber dog ikke de trækker vores depositum for det. Der var kun 1 nøgle til lejligheden, og du skulle igennem 3 døre for at komme ind... det gav et problem når man er 3 i lejligheden og ikke følges ad altid

Property was literally walking distance to just about everything we needed. Building construction across the street was a little distracting, but the workers started about the time we were getting up each morning. Could be an issue if someone was wanting to sleep past 7:30 am

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che c'era stata una prova per l'antincendio e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che finissero di pulire l'appartamento, ci hanno detto che per scusarsi ci davano un check-out di un'ora in piú, alle 11.30 invece delle 10.00, ma poi alle 10.45 é arrivata la squadra per la pulizia. L'appartamento si trova giusto sopra Temple Bar, di notte si sentono gli schiamazzi fino a tarda ora e la mattina presto si sentono i rumori di carico/scarico merci e pulizia delle strade. La cucina é ottima, c'é tutto quel che serve e un Dunnes Store a pochi passi. Il lavandino del bagno é un po' piccolo ma ci si puó adattare. La pressione dell'acqua non é sempre ottimale.

Comfortable apartment for four
The apartment is in an excellent location directly above Temple Bar, very central to everything with some shops and eateries just around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortably slept four people however he sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable so we ended up using the divers as extra cushioning. Check in and out was simple and straightforward and we were given the option for a late check-out which was very useful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again for our next visit to Dublin!

Great Location but poor communication
The location and space of this flat was excellent. A bit hard to find, but it's right IN Temple Bar. We thought the noise would keep us up at night but because it's located in an alley it was strangely quite. There was construction during the day but we were gone most days. VRBO did NOT communicate well with the main office about how to pick up keys, whether or not we had a queen bed or doubles, there were a lot of question marks over our heads about check in and detail and VRBO did not respond or pass on who and how to communicate with the main office. It was also difficult to find an accurate phone number or contact person to inquire about a key and to get a REAL address instead of VRBO's map directions. If you are from the states and need to call the prefix in Ireland is +353. In order to get a "+" hold down the zero. These are good things to know. Also, if you have any trouble walking or are not agile pass on this flat as the bathroom shower will be difficult to get into for an older person. The automatic lights upon entry do NOT come on until you hit the 3rd step, this is challenging upon your first arrival AND lastly...they need more door stops as the doors are super heavy. We walked 25 minutes north to get our keys with our luggage but the managers were kind enough to call a cab for our return. Just get the check in details sorted out before you come and you will have a wonderful stay in a comfortable place.

It is in a perfect part of the town and the staff is very nice. But beware that if you stay here you will wake up early every morning. The first morning and the last morning we were woken up at 6 to hundreds of empty kegs being dragged on the street to be taken away. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep. The location is great though. Just know what you’re in for.
