I had a disappointing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Dublin, as it fell far short of my expectations. The room service was a major letdown due to its limited operating hours from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm, which was inconvenient for guests with different schedules. Moreover, the hotel charged an extra €10 for room service, which seemed unreasonable considering the already high prices of the food. This appeared to be an attempt to extract more money without providing additional value.
Furthermore, the quality of the accommodations was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows lacked necessary support and fluffiness. The hotel did not pay attention to guest comfort, which was highly disappointing.
The air conditioning in the room was also malfunctioning, and despite attempts to adjust the temperature, it remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. This lack of climate control made the room unpleasant. Additionally, the windows were locked, depriving us of fresh air circulation. This lack of ventilation compounded the discomfort caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning, which was a significant oversight for a supposedly upscale hotel.
Despite these issues, it is worth mentioning that the staff at the hotel were nice and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, these positives were overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings.
In conclusion, my experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Dublin was far from satisfactory.
