We are sorry for the experience you have in the hostel when it comes to the noise. We have set quiet hours after 11 PM, but the noise of doors may vary depending on how many people are in the room. Would recommend if staying in Dublin and looking for somewhere to sleep at a reasonable price. There is a common kitchen that you can use and stock food in. Bathroom are common but still give a sense of privacy. Great place to meet new people andthe service is good. Breakfast included in price, staff very kind and helpful. It's very safe and has a good atmosphere the only issue might be that I would have perhaps preferred a larger locker space that could fit all my things so as to feel even more comfortable.

24hour service which is convenient. But for such an expensive stay (500 euros for 4 nights), we'd have appreciated a slightly more decent breakfast (it was really really terrible). We enjoyed our bedroom, rather comfortable bed although the windows don't close properly and it can get quite noisy.

Shared room with very loud young girl- who decided to blow dry her hair in 5am inside the room- also when came back to room at night - also was very loud and talked on the phone at night. Other wise the stay was pleasant

Hi, I am sorry for your experience with our showers. It is something we are working on. Due to the number of guests we have, sometimes our shower heater loses power, but we are working on solving this issue. When it comes to the cleanness of our rooms, we will take note of that.

I reviewed earlier on my check in i wasn't pleased but when i got my room it was clean complimentary coffee and pot along with tea if thats your preference along with water it was nice the bathroom was always clean breakfast was on time and good the receptionist staff was good i was satisfied thanks Gardiner staff.

This was my first stay at a hostel, I was very favorably impressed. The people at the desk were very helpful and well informed. The facilities were great providing space and convience for meal prep, storage and refridgeration. Secure luggage storage, lockers available. Even books to read and guitars to play. Outside eating areas as well as a great dining area. Everything was kept clean.

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy our breakfast, which is very varied with 2 different types of bread, 3 different types of jams, 4 types of cereal, Nutella, peanut butter, milk, butter, juices, and fruits. Also, regarding the restrooms, there are 4 bathrooms in each corridor, and we have many more in the chapels. Next time you stay with us, if you get lost and can't find an available bathroom, please let us know and we will help you out! All the best from GH Team.

Great place to stay, has everything you need. Breakfast is good value. Very walkable from city centre. Staff all really nice. Only thing is sensor lights in bathrooms are a bit annoying, lights switch off every couple of minutes so you have to keep moving.

Par for the price and location
Cheap and cheerful hostel located in a good location, not too far from O'Connell Street and some good bars/restaurants. The staff were friendly and the accomodation had everything you need from a hostel. The mattress wasn't super comfortable but fine for a couple of nights...as always with places like this - it's the people you meet that make it an experience and there's plenty of cool/friendly people staying here

A good budget stay in Dublin
We arrived at 2.30 in the night - so we did not use the Hostel very much. . We had an own room - with shared shower and toilet just across the corridor - with an upper and lower bed. The lower bed was fully OK - and the upper one "worked". . At (the continental) breakfast there was bread + jam + juice + coffee/the + fruits + cereals + milk. But no meat like bacon/sausages. Yes, it is worth the price for the (short) time we spent there - and it is a Hostel. . So - an overall fully OK hostel to stay at. (And there was linen and towels and coffee/the in the room).
