The Fitzhill stays comfortable year-round with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning running throughout the home, including the bathroom. Ceiling fans support the living room, Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2, while Bedroom 3 has its own split system reverse cycle unit for tailored comfort.

Aldi is three minutes away for groceries, and Orana Mall - home to Big W, Woolworths and a busy food court - is five minutes from the front door. The Pastoral Hotel, four minutes away, is a good spot for a relaxed counter meal, while Village Bakehouse, Tanoshi, and You Cafe are all within a five minute drive for coffee and casual dining. Dubbo Regional Botanic Gardens is six minutes away, and the Dubbo Showground and Barden Park are both three minutes from the property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.
