We booked one night here that turned into a pretty negative experience. When we first showed up to check in, we had been driving all day and some people in our party really needed to use the bathroom. We were told that the bathroom was only for paying guests. We argued that since we were checking in, did that not make us paying guests? We were told no, that we were not checked in yet and we were not booked to stay at that particular property. This was a confusing statement as our booking was at this hotel, but then they proceeded to explain that our booking was at an alternate site down the road. This was NOT clear on our initial booking. Instead of continuing to argue (so that we could use the bathroom as quickly as possible) we just checked in quickly so that we could get to the bathroom. They gave us keys and a map and sent us on our way (with some very desperate travellers). We were under the impression that we were staying at this club/resort, but instead they sent us to a very old house that only had some poor cosmetic upgrades and seemed to have been in extreme disrepair quite recently. The map they gave us was unclear and it was hard to find. Our teenager ended up peeing at the side of the road and elderly people nearly having accidents in the car. House was sketchy, at best, with cracks in the walls, very uneven floors, and questionable electrical. I'm just glad we only booked one night there as customer service was terrible and property and booking, very deceptive
