God beliggenhet,
Vi bestilte ikke røyk 2 rom vi var 3 stk. Vi fikk 2 røykerom de fiksa handicap ikke røyk for oss alle det var bra helt til vi skulle dusje om morgen da fløytar vannet ut i rommet:-( da skjønte vi mugglukta.. vi fikk nytt rom :-) god service men det er alt

Saleh gives excellent customer service. He ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. He went above and beyond.

Really liked the hotel it was clean and nice. Morning breakfast was very good. The Staff was good especially Sushma who made special karak tea for us and made us feel like home. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best experience at the hotel, the staff were very helpful, charming and friendly. SABINA AND ABDALLAH at the reception were very helpful and helped me with booking a last minute tour of Abudhabi. Enjoyed and will be back next time InshaALLAH.

staff who were very respectful
What I liked most about this hotel is the staff, who were very respectful, the rooms is clean and its location is good near Wahiz al-Majaz. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The only negative thing is that there are no opening windows or balconies, and the carpets require deep cleaning or changing, due to the unpleasant smell.

they advertise this hotel as location in Dubai but really this is located in Sharjah, and is very difficult to move around because is not close to the attractions and traffic get crazy during morning and evening took me almost 1 hour to get from the airport to the hotel around 6:30 pm that I arrived, I don't recommend this hotel if you planning to visit the attractions in Dubai this is more like an area where local people live and that's why get so much traffic. I had paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1 because It was not convenient and I lost my money because they didn't want to reimburse

It was a great stay, great value for money . The location was perfect. What was the best though is the great team on the reception. try to book in another hotel
the hotel generally is not good, only good thing is breakfast and the restaurant team serving breakfast. rom service is so slow the room, furniture and beds are old. there is no enough space for parking and there is no one to welcome you and take your luggage's to the room.

Geen Ibis Styles niveau
Dit hotel is zeker geen Ibis Styles en zou zelfs als Ibis Budget te slecht zijn. Bij het inchecken in de nacht komen wij de kamer binnen en is het bed niet opgemaakt. Het hotel is verder vies en de kamers worden niet goed schoongemaakt.

13 nights at ibis
Good location, welcoming team, clean room but "we found roaches in the bathroom". The shower is splashing water on the ground may need wider glass. the sofa beds done and need to be changed, and finally the prices in Dubai ibis is way cheaper.
