I also love that you can walk from the hotel to Carowinds but it would be nice if they had a shuttle because after walking the park all day it would have been nice! »

«Exceeded expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with the plenty of options. I was limited on time and Divya insisted on preparing waffles for me and wrapping the plates in foil for me to carry to my room. She went above and beyond and I’m still so impressed with her kindness and the way she interacted with other guests getting breakfast. She’s a gem. I asked for the names of the other staff, because each made the stay more enjoyable. It was a quick overnight ...

«Overall stay was pleasant. The room was clean and did not have an oder. The only downside was that there was only one elevator. A minor inconvenience but otherwise worth the stay. Conveniently located near exits and shopping»

«The first room wasn’t clean. There were bodily fluids in the bathroom, and on the wall. We were relocated to another room. After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house. The dry cleaners lost our clothes. The clothes that were dry cleaned were located at another hotel. A pair of $130 pants for work are still missing. Not a dime of our stay was ...

«Checked into the hotel, it was far from full asked for a room close to the elevators as I had a lot of luggage, got the room the furthest from the elevator, the woman checking me in told me I was in one of the rooms close closest to the elevator. Got unpacked and ready to lay down, pulled back the sheets... the sheets had stains and hairs in it... it had just been remade, and nothing had been changed, trashbags were not put into the trash bins just placed on the counter next to the tv.
