«This trip just keeps getting better and better! This is NOT a hotel. It is more a resort guest house. Complete luxury with a setting in the hill/mountains of the Douro valley that is right out of movie setting.
Friendly helpful staff always eager to help. The room was luxurious, the included breakfast was just out of this world. Off season prices made this incredible place even better! The only reason I gave it 5 starts was because 6-7-8 were not available!»

«From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful home. The home is cozy, clean and welcoming. I felt comfortable walking through the home and enjoying the shared areas. The staff member was very welcoming and the check in was quick and painless. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, had a great view of the mountain.
We enjoyed the fresh continental breakfast that was provided.
We truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others. I look ...
