The whole house consists of an air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, two showers with hot water, a living room with dining area, a personal kitchen, and a balcony located in a building of 04 apartments.

This is not a villa!

The terrace, pool, parking and washing machine are shared.

This apartment will make you feel right at home because it is very intimate and relaxed.

Other things to note
Electricity charge is the responsibility of the guest. However, we offer 150 kwh per month to our guests 🤗 (prorated for other lengths of stay) which is normally enough for average use (without air conditioning). The customer on our charging rack if the amount on offer runs out or if they really want to take advantage of the air conditioning.
