«This property is modern and clean and calm with airy beachside decor. Furnishings had a bit of a luxurious feel. Black out curtains in the bedrooms were very successful regarding morning sun. We enjoyed the space very much. Nice to recline and enjoy the views and waves. Or have a cuppa on the balcony. The building was modern and clean with secure entries, and locals are friendly. «Great apartment for 2 people. We came to Weymouth to walk the Jurassic coastal path from Swanage to Weymouth over 3 days for charity. The apartment suited us very well. A 5 -10 minute walk to the promenade/beach and 10-15 mins along this to get into the town or harbour area. A quiet residential location. There were 3 fans supplied thankfully as very hot! Parking around back of apartment. If I could suggest anything it would be a teapot, a bread knife, and a salt grinder. A nice touch may be to ...

«entrance hall was a bit of a letdown as obviously was being painted, the glass in the doors had paint on, windows rattled all night from the wind, very cold on last night as couldnt work out how to turn up heaters, coupboard door in kitchen came off, only 3 mugs & 4 of us, shower was very slow & leaked over bath, no-one told us upstairs shower was out of order & they had a leak in the lounge, shower upstairs was out of order»

«Large, sunny 2 bedroom apartment and a short walk to the beach. Carol is a lovely, friendly host and made us feel very welcome. We were very lucky with the weather but felt the apartment would have benefitted from some fans as it became very hot and stuffy in there. The bedrooms only have blinds but they are not quite as wide as the windows. The gaps let in the morning sun and evening light from the street lights leading to a very disrupted sleep.
