"We had a nice time at Kolon Secloud Hotel, but it was booked as a family room with kitchen and laundry facilities. There was a kitchen there, but no pots, pans, cutlery etc. Room had a washing machine for clothes, but not tumbler or clothes rack. "

"The location is central from the train station, and there were many cafes, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Transportations closeby are good for most tourist attractions. We booked with terrace included, which we looked very forward to and recommend it to make the stay extra pleasant. The room plan is great and everything lived up to our expectations. It's understandable that it's not allowed to smoke inside the room, but we found it a bit odd that it was also not allowed in the terrace (but it was not an issue for us). We truly enjoyed our room and the office space for us to work. The staffs are good in English and are very service-minded. They were kind to store our luggage before we checked in, and they are professional. The barista at the roof top floor is also kind and professional. On the top floor, there is a smoking area with unique decors and a cool roof top swimming pool. We enjoyed to use these facilities, although sometimes confusing to understand when the smoking area closes (it was sometimes closed earlier than given hours). We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the staffs were very professional. We recommend it to anyone who wants to stay central in Busan and were left with a great experience! If we come to Busan central again, we would not hesitate to stay here again."
