✅ Security Deposit Policy

- All deposits are managed by Michelle at Travel Lettings.
- Guests bringing dogs: £100 refundable security deposit (pre-authorised 48hrs before arrival, released within 48hrs after departure by Michelle).
- £50 deduction applies if pet waste is left on the property.
🚫 No cats allowed.


✅ House Rules

🚭 No smoking indoors (ashtray provided outside). To keep the home fresh for all guests, a £250 deep cleaning charge applies if indoor smoking is detected.
🕯️ No candles or naked flames
🎉 No parties or large gatherings
🔕 Quiet hours between 10pm – 8am

Breakages happen — we don’t charge for small accidents like broken glass, but please inform us so we can maintain the property to a high standard.
