«Perfect location, well appointed rooms, excellent service. The attention to detail really makes this place special. The location is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops without being noisy or crowded. Coffee and breakfast service is amazing. The property is right on the creek which looks and sounds beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the in room fireplace. This place is a real gem. »

«Leon and Dawn, we had a very enjoyable stay these last two nights. The alpacas were a hit with my wife, and Annie your kitty took a shine to me! We enjoyed the laid back time we had in the Cornville/Cottonwood area. A special treat was Friday evening - Leon's and Black's concert and recording. You guys were fantastic -- I was very impressed. Of course all of your friends were extremely friendly and very inviting to us. Hope you win in Nashville!!»

«Peaceful location. Attentive host. Able to work remotely with video calls. Private deck that was somewhat in the open but I was undisturbed while working. Shared bathroom was fine no issues. Hot tub on site. Parking was around the front but we could unload near room. Driving to Sedona was fine, about 20-25 minutes. Nice stay overall.»

«Still finishing a reno, but the guest rooms and kitchen are done and beautiful. Shannon was very helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, some organic. Great lookout on upper deck of the red rock mountains. Even the cot was comfortable. »

«Didn’t realize we did not have a private bathroom. Overall the hosts were awesome once we got past the shock of where it was located and lack of having our own bathroom.»

«Communication upon checking in was questionable. I was told fireplace was inoperable due to “season” yet, when I read guest pamphlet provided by front desk it noted 3 more days of fireplace availability. So, I asked for maintenance to turn back on (a switch). Additionally, had to have maintenance switch bedroom tv to HDMI because it was “off” . (Guest should not have to do this) and was shown where temperature thermostat was hiding. Overall, the most significant issue I couldn’t fix was the loud ...
