«Jen was very communicative and organised. All the necessary info was sent ahead of time and the house manual was very helpful, with clear instructions. The property is clean and comfortable, with every amenity provided and a high degree of attention to detail -including plant based milk, muesli and marshmallows in the pantry for your hot chocolate. "Location is good. Close to all your Hobart experiences. My room was really noisy, I heard the music from reception and every time someone walked the hallway. If you stay there, ask for a room further away from reception and back of hallway. It's stairs all over so not suitable if you're not good with steps and stairs. Breakfast is poor, but breakfast staff is really friendly and helpful. Toilet paper holder kept falling down from the wall, and shower handle does not fit the holder on the wall. But maybe that's expected in an old building. If u was GM herre i would stay one night in each room myself to see what's need to be maintained."
