The bathrooms were not cleaned when we checked in, the receptionist did not welcome us, the animals are wonderful - but the cacatoo had dreary accomodations. All in all a place with great potential, but not at its best when we visited. »

«15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. «We had a wonderful stay at this large villa. Plenty of room for everybody, and a large pool that was kept spotlessly clean. Being able to walk to the ocean was definitely a big advantage. Communication with the owner both before and during the stay was very easy, and a few minor problems during the stay was quickly sorted out. We would love to return in the future!»

«Alexandros was a very good host. Hé answered all our questions and more than that. He told us things to do in the neighbourhood and even arranged the PCR tests for the way back. But the house is too far away from the village , restaurants supermarket , so you need a car. The road to the house is very bad because of the flushes in 2020. Also there where many muskitos. When you go for rest its a very nice place»

«The villa in Chalkoutsi is a great place to stay. Dorota and George were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen and outdoor area were fully equipped for relaxing and entertaining. The house is a walking distance from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. «Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!»
