Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. «Really couldn’t have asked more the kitchen was totally stocked with everything you needed and several options of high-end coffee. The online portal once you’re booking is confirmed is very convenient and simple to use. The house is brand new remodeled it’s still smelled fresh construction almost when we walked in. «Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless ...
