The house is located in a quiet residential area, away from noise and traffic.
The beach is 650 meters away and can be reached in 7 minutes on foot via a flat walk; the town center is a 10- to 15-minute walk away.
You’ll have a beautiful, large porch surrounded by a private garden where you can relax and enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors. A barbecue is also available for hosting cookouts.
The house is large and spacious, spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the porch. There is a bathroom with a shower for your use.
On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is part of a larger property, Villa Lisa, which also includes another house divided into three separate units.
Parking for cars is available on the property.
You’ll also have free access to bicycles of various sizes, including some with child seats.
