«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night.
It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning
The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors.
Breakfast was basic. »

«We arrived at the peak of the beautiful fall colours and the property and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was large and filled up nicely with hot water, but trying to turn the jets on, even at the lowest setting, had too much splashing and so we couldn't really use them. The breakfast was SO good, highly recommend.»

«This property was an amazing find. It was very easy to book and the self-check process was very easy as well. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor (stairs required) with a private balcony overlooking the lake (so scenic!) It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Our fridge contained our breakfast for the following morning (muffins, fruit and other tasty morsels) as well as water. Coffee, tea, yogurt, and juices were available in the breakfast nook one level down. There was an ...

«We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us. ...
