«This charming guesthouse was ideal for our needs. Conveniently located to walking distance within Chiang Mai and easy enough to get dropped off by taxi. The room was clean and a decent size with a great view up to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting and signing us up for day trips and offering advise on what we might like to try.»

«I was attending ITM massage school and it’s right across the street. There are also other things walkable nearby, like laundry service, a grocery store, several dining choices, and a pharmacy. Grabs are easy to get and very affordable. Tuk-tuks from nearby tourist things will also bring you back to the hotel. Overall, it was good enough for my purposes and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. »

«Cozy stay in a silent area, with very good breakfast. Pillows are a bit hard, but otherwise the staff was very helpful and polite. »

«Check in is at 2pm as in many cases in Thailand. It was a challenge to coordinate flight and booking time. We arrived around noon and the receptionist let us store our luggage inside and said to come back around 13:00 to give her time to clean the room. Location is great with a self serve laundry a walk away, food and finding a Tuk tuk just a short walk along with historical sites. I would stay there again and recommend others to stay as well. »

«Based on a value to money evaluation, this hotel is definitely worth a fiver. Not that the spot doesn’t have some faults. And let us start with those. The bathrooms could need some upgrades, at least for the colours. But is absolutely clean and functional so this is just a matter of personal taste. Besides that, the hotel is of modern standard. Second is the restaurant (including room service) could have had more transparent opening hours. For instance, been open when they say it should be. But ...

«Vi fikk tips fra en annen erfaren reisende om dette hotellet etter han helhetsvurdering. Vår opplevelse av hotellet er at hotellet er «value for money» hotel. Enkel og god frokost med halvgrove og fine brødskiver. Som litt kresen Nordmann ville jeg foretrukket frokost med nystekte steinovnsbakte brød. Men de hadde havregryn og melk og kanskje jeg hadde fått youghurt viss jeg hadde spurt!? Hotellet var stille til tross for nærhet til Songkran parties bare 150 fra hotellet. «Finnes bedre. Her var servicen elendig, klokken 05 om morgenen ble det et problem med en pumpe som tilhørte vårt rom, det var svært mye støy fra deg så vi fikk ikke sove. Ringte resepsjonen og forklart problemet, men dem nektet og sa det er ikke noe som er feil på hotellet. Ventet til ca 07 da kom det en arbeider som bekreftet at det var feil med en pumpe, men i følge resepsjonen så var det ikke noe feil, ingen beklagelse og ingen forsøk på å rette opp. Eller så var rommet trangt, ingen ...

«I really enjoy staying in NOW Chiang Mai. -The decoration of the hostel is nice and delicate. -The room is clean and big as well as the common areas are very comfy. -All furniture and electrical appliances look new and well functioned. -It is convenient to go to the old city by walking (~10mins) and also easy to get on Rot Daeng there. - The staff are kind and helpful.»
