A cozy one bedroom one bathroom unit, less than a mile from downtown Royal Oak. Onsite parking provided (one car) + street parking. Centrally located right off of Woodward near Birmingham, Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo and much more- all less than a 10 minute drive. This apartment is stocked with all essentials to make anyones stay comfortable. Scores “highly walkable” with most errands able to be accomplished on foot. Very safe neighborhood.
The space
This is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom space filled with everything you'd need for a great stay.

The kitchen is stocked with silverware, dishes, pots/pans- and most of your basics for cooking. Additional amenities include wifi, coffee, a working space, a comfy bed & a pull out couch.

AIR CONDITIONING: This unit does NOT have central AC - the air conditioning unit is equipped with a window unit in the living room and a portable unit in the bedroom (please see photos). The AC will be setup in both spaces- please do not move either unit.

PARKING: There is a 6-space parking lot with one space reserved for the apartment. This space is adjacent to/across from the apartment. The spot is labeled for #200. Please see photos further illustrating the parking space with the yellow box. If additional parking is needed, there is free parking available on the street in front of the building. Note: during the Woodward Dream Cruise/month of August, street parking will be more difficult to obtain.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*The property is located near a main, busy roadway and noise from this can be expected.
*The apartment is located near train tracks so the occasional train may be heard.
* Lock outs & lost keys will result in a $50 fee.
*Guests found smoking indoors will be charged $500- please step outside if you are smoking.

Entire space + courtyard & side/backyard spaces is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

This is a pet-free home. Guests found to bring pets will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
