There is quaint enclosed front porch, and a nice sized fully fenced in yard and patio area. You have complete and private use of the home, porch and backyard. For your safety there are ring cameras on the exterior facing out away from the house. The home was built in the 1920s, it has character that we love, including original hardwoods floors and other charming old house features such as quirky doorways, stairs and closet nooks. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated. You will be provided with basic supplies and a washer dryer.
