The hot tub was filthy we could not even use it we filled it with bubbles it looked nice however we noticed dirt on the bubbles so we drained the tub thinking it was a fluke and we’re going to refill it however once we saw what was left after draining we refused to use it. Considering it was past 12 when the tub drained and it was already late we took the complaint respectfully to the front desk at 6 in the morning and just asked for some type of reimbursement or compensation we were told the manager would call us when he comes in after 2 I never recieved a call from management so I made the call to talk to the manager and was told he never has any complaints about the room and it’s used regularly. However, the tub as you can see from the photos has not been thoroughly cleaned regularly. He refused to issue at least a partial refund or any type of compensation for the inconvenience considering I spent what I did for the room for the purpose of using the hot tub, horrible management, horrible hotel it was dirty and the outside doors are not secure kids running around in the middle of the night and just overall horrible experience
