A Home to Relax and Unwind
Original oak beams run across the living room, where a log burner makes for easy evenings in. The bedroom holds a king bed, and French doors open straight onto the patio when you want fresh air. There`s a dedicated workspace too, if you need to stay connected during your stay.

• Living area: Corner sofa, Smart TV and a working log burner. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

• Kitchen: Compact, with a full oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and cooking essentials, plus dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, tea and coffee.

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed and French doors opening onto the private patio.

• Bathroom: Ensuite shower room with a walk-in glass shower. A second WC is finished in the same monochrome style.

• Outdoor space: A private patio with seating that looks up at the historic church spire next door, plus access to the garden terrace of the adjacent cocktail bar.

Location
Castle Donington is a lively East Midlands village with independent cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops all reachable on foot. St Edward`s Church sits right next door, with a yew-lined churchyard path to wander, and the Ego restaurant team next door can deliver cocktails to the garden. It`s a handy base for race weekends, concerts and airport trips alike.

Good to Know Before You Book
The apartment sits directly next to a cocktail bar that operates at weekends. LIVE MUSIC PLAYS NEARBY on Friday and Saturday evenings until around 11:30 pm, so some noise will be heard on those nights. This is a period building with original beams and stone walls, so expect some characterful quirks. Parking is on-street and in public car parks a short walk away, not at the property, and a space cannot be guaranteed. Check-in is self-service via a keybox, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Extra charges
Early check-in (before 3:00 pm) and late check-out (after 11:00 am) are each available at £20, subject to availability. Both can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform, and are non-refundable once booked.

Booking policy
No damage deposit is required in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the event of any damage during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
