"The house fit our needs well. Friends and family in town for a wrestling tournament and the house worked great for all to meet up at and enjoy spending time together. Nice neighborhood. Large back yard and hot tub. Look forward to coming back in the summer to the same location."

"The house was set up nicely. Well stocked with amenities (towels, dish washing items, bathroom needs - even new toothbrushes, which one of us needed). It was a thoughtful setup The location was also perfect. Four blocks from the heart of Cedar Falls, easy access to everything we needed. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. It was nice to know the owners were nearby and very responsive. We will be frequent returnees as we have family there locally. "Check in was fast and easy. The room has been newly remodel and it was beautiful. Bathroom was very clean and big! I also like the idea that you need to use your room key to access the elevators. Great security measure. Bed and pillows were great. And view was awesome too. "
