«The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. «House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager. We spoke on the phone and he confirmed he was going to have pest control come over in the morning. He offered to reimburse us for the first night via phone as we ...

«This is my favorite VRBO in Lincoln, and I have stayed at maybe a dozen. It's spotlessly clean, beautiful, and has the best equipped kitchen I have ever used. I cooked a full Christmas dinner in it without purchasing any additional equipment. Anna is a wonderful host -- extremely attentive. I am staying here on my quarterly trips from now on.»

«Prairie Graceland is a great short term rental. Five of us were in town for the Nebraska/Michigan football game. This house provided plenty of room for us. The place is well appointed. We used the front porch a lot during our short stay. The home is in a relatively quiet and very safe neighborhood. We all thought the actual house was nicer than even the listing photos showed. Highly recommend staying here!»
