«Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi det var rett ved togstasjonen og vi skulle komme ganske sent på kvelden. Tog vårt ble byttet ut med buss og vi kom derfor litt senere. Vi ringte til hotellet og fikk beskjed om at det ikke var noe problem, selv om vi kom etter at resepsjonen stengte, vi fikk intstrukser og alt var i orden. Lancaster er ikke så stort, så det er ganske lokalt uansett hvor du bor. Det var 1 minutt til nærmeste shopping gate, 4 minutter til borgen, 5 minutter til togstasjonen, 2 ...

«The room was beautiful. Very comfortable and cozy - the perfect place for a break in the Lake District. Breakfast was delicious with the extra touch of luxury of being delivered to the room. Vicky was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. »

«Staff were really friendly. Hotel and grounds were beautiful. Rooms were spotless. They also left a teddy on my daughters bed, which was lovely.the only 2 downsides were the WiFi (room 20) wasn’t reliable, this is fine if you don’t need the internet but if you intend to use it was a bit of pain because there was no mobile signal either. I like that it is a dog friendly hotel, however we had a dog barking most of the night at the hotel.»

«Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing ...

«We loved the white Hart Inn, it was our Golden wedding anniversary and everyone was so welcoming and we felt very spoilt. Nothing was too much trouble and the food is amazing as are the portions. Karen was lovely at breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Overall we would definitely return. Loved it.»
