Affordable and nice located hotel in Sanur
The hotel was a little bit below expectations on most areas; everything from check-in/out, rooms, cleanliness of hotel and service in both the restaurant and the pool bar. The most disappointing thing about the hotel was for sure the breakfast. For a hotel of this standard the breakfast was just not good enough in my opinion. The location is good and the hotel has good potential. But I believe it is a big need for a renovation of this hotel. All in all a decent experience. It gives a reasonable value for money, so I would consider going there again.

Greit hotell med god frokost. Solseng ved bassenget var første mann til mølla, det var ikke så mange senger. En må ha en voucher som en fikk i resepsjonen slik at en fikk solseng og håndkle på stranden, gikk dit på 5 min. Mange restauranter i nærheten. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Sengetøyet ble skiftet 1 gang på 14 dager, burde ha vært skiftet oftere da det var svært varmt på rommet, også putene burde vært skiftet.

Fint bassengområde, men som på alle hoteller med svømmebasseng må er det kamp om solsengene. Stille og rolig område. Variert velsmakende og spennende frokost. Bra resort til en rimelig pris.

Hotellet lå langt fra strand og sentrum. Vi måtte bruke shuttelbuss eller taxi. Hotellet trenger oppussing.

Flott Hotell
Et flott hotell med god service og veldig hyggelig betjening. Alle tiders mat. Fin avstand til stranda. Hotellet ligger i en gate med gode shoppingmuligheter og mange gode restauranter. Betjeningen var behjelpelig med alt. Et minus ved hotellet var at det var veldig få solsenger i forhold til antall gjester. Vi måtte opp kl 0700 for å få solseng på solsiden. Hotellet hadde også 30 gratis solsenger på stranda med føstemann til mølla prinsippet. Vi lå der i 17 netter og hadde det topp.

Digg hotel i Sanur.
Utrolig bra pool område her. Betjeningen i resturanten var veldig flinke. Eneste jeg ikke likte var dørene. Lytt som bare det. Men slik er det overalt i Indonesia.Rommet veldig bra, og et bad som var skrudd ordentlig sammen. Sanur er et rolig fint sted i Bali i forhold til Kuta som er bare bråk og skrål.

Amazing service but noisy neighborhood
The hotel staff were professional and friendly, made me feelvery welcome. Room was ok, but I was unlucky to have a balcony facing a neighborhood were dogs and roosters made a lot of noise.

This hotel is nice and located in a very convenient area with many restaurants & shops within walking distance, plus walking distance to the beach. However, that beach is not nice and not swimmable. The room is very large but the bathroom is so small with the main door getting in the way. You have to close the door after getting in to get to the toilet area. The floor in the shower in our room is slated in the wrong direction so it gets flooded after each shower.

Although the staff are very nice and helpful, the first room we stayed was bad… here are the issues that we experienced: AC ran full blast and temperature cannot be changed, the sink was clogged, bad odor in the room, the shower cannot be closed because the glass wall was misaligned. In summary, the unit was not been properly maintained. We asked to switch to another room, but nothing was available until 2 days later. The 2nd room was much better.

Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, Service Personal klasse, Frühstück war einmalig, große Auswahl, da wird jeder etwas finden was er mag. Zimmer groß genug. Restaurants jede Menge in der nahen Umgebung. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

The pool area is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The pool is phenomenal and the pool bar was amazing. The over building is a little dated and could use a refresh but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was decent but there are also a ton of options located very close by that were excellent. The laundry service was fantastic. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights.

Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back.

The first time we stayed, our room was nice. The second time we stayed, our room smelled a little musty. The balcony was enclosed with windows, and it was somewhat musty smelling, and echoed when we visited outside. Not an inviting balcony.

Property is looking a bit tired - needs sone maintenance in the rooms. Rooms need modernising. Bathroom is clean but showing it’s age. Toilet is too big for the area allocated. Staff were very friendly and dining room and bar staff were all lovely and very helpful. Pool was amazing, but lots of missing tiles - it also need some work done to it.

They asigned the old dirty room with many problem like patio door not working. Pump jacuzzi not working , TV remote control no battery. Botom line inaccept room. We had to sleep 1 night then next day they transfer another room for us. Why they didn't select the better room for us from beginning. It was stressfull for my vacation after long hour flight.

Lovely location, close walking distance to shops. We cut through hotel across from us to get to the beach. Lovely restaurants again in walking distance.

Great property, was impressed overall with the experience. Slight hiccup with dinner one night at the restaurant however easily overcome with the rest of the stay being super comfortable and well serviced.

The food was average. My nasi goreng looked like the chicken leg was 5 days old, the pancakes and waffles were cold, no almond milk for lattes, the chicken burger was tasteless and the veggie sandwich and wraps the same. No pool bar but I understand they have to fix some time. Room was very comfortable and cold, bed great, pillows too high. Twice I had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc Good location but won’t recommend. Been to Bali 15 times

Well-located resort in the heart of Sanur with a lovely big pool. Rooms are a little ‘tired’, but clean with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, good aircon and decent-sized bathrooms with shower and bath. The highlight was the staff, who were absolutely amazing - consistently courteous, friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to organise a birthday cake for my son, which he was thrilled with. Special mention must go to Lintang, who was so welcoming and made an effort to connect with my teenage sons, which they really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality!

ホテルは少し古い感じでしたが問題無いです。 スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 今回はクタにも泊まりましたが、やっぱりサヌールが良いですね! 海へのアクセスも良いし、買い物と食事もここだけで十分にゆったりできます。 有難うございました。
